Family-friendly vacation rentals in 1st arrondissement

We had a wonderful weekend, in this very quiet, peaceful and relaxing place. The place is also beautiful and fully built by the host. In fact, we were very impressed with the work to do. Everything was perfect. Yann was very responsive and attentive but also very kind. Frankly there is nothing bad to say we recommend it 100% and it is also with pleasure that we will come back to one of your cottages.🙂

We chose Gaétan's place as part of an EVG. No complaints about the quality of the home, as well as the environment in which it is located. No problem finding this one thanks to the host's clear explanations! It was our first experience on Airbnb for us, and I can tell you that this is a success!

We had a great weekend in this beautiful home. It has plenty of amenities and extremely comfortable. We were able to enjoy all the outdoor amenities available to us (Nordic bath, spa and pizza oven) which are a real plus for this house. Yohanna is a great host, very responsive and provided us with clear instructions and great recommendations for visiting the area. We'll recommend the address without hesitation.

Very well located accommodation in the heart of Lyon with views of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Bartholdi Fountain, close to metro stations (Metro A and Metro B) to go to Lyon Part-Dieu … Regarding the apartment, it was bright, warm, clean, the bed very comfortable. The jacuzzi was an added bonus.

Claire is a super host, very helpful and quick to respond to all our requests. Great hospitality, she provided us with all the details on how to reach the city center and the festival of lights. Beautiful house, clean, with well-distributed spaces, there were six of us but it would have been comfortable even more, the only drawback is it's on three floors so not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Located a 10-minute walk from the metro with which you can reach the city center in a few minutes. Highly recommended

Great stay at Anabelle's. The house is very nice and well decorated. It feels good, quiet. The jacuzzi is a real plus that allows moments of well-being. Small walks are possible around and we are very close to Lyon. We were hosted very well and will be happy to go back. Thank you ☺️

It was a short but pleasant stay in Lyon. The city center is easily accessible from the property by metro or on foot via the banks of the Rhône. Pleasant, clean and very quiet accommodation.

Emma’s house is located on a hill in the Old Town of Lyon, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The stunning view from both the house and the garden alone makes it highly valuable. The house is situated between two roads: if arriving by taxi, you can access it from the upper road, while on foot, you can take a private traboule to reach the lower road, which adds to its charm. Its convenient location allows easy walking access to anywhere in the Old Town, making sightseeing much easier. The house is divided into two sections. Below the main house, which has three bedrooms, there is a separate apartment with its own entrance. This apartment features one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, offering independent accommodation. The Old Town is a hilly area with many stairs, so carrying large luggage might be challenging. However, I can assure you that Emma is a wonderful host—she is always kind, ready to help, and will find solutions to any difficulties you may encounter.

We had a great weekend in a home decorated with a lot of talent and nestled in the heart of Old Lyon. Thierry welcomed us with kindness and extreme attention. We fell in love with a home that alone is worth the visit. The visits to the old town and the good spots at the foot of the accommodation ended up satisfying us. We will definitely come back and we obviously recommend it without so much as a second thought! A huge thank you to Thierry!

Very well located apartment close to the metro and all amenities. Central district of Lyon, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or, bars and restaurants, various and varied shops. The apartment is very cozy, warm, with stylish furniture, beautiful paintings, it is very well equipped, clean and personalized. Breakfast is a nice plus. Patricia is very responsive to requests. The only drawbacks, the noise that can disturb especially at night. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed an enjoyable stay at Pierre’s. We appreciated the ample outside space and beautiful pool. The house and garden are private on a quiet street. A 10 minute drive to local town. Thank you, we hope to stay again

I spent a month in Gilles' place for professional reasons. I really felt very good there. The surroundings and the village are superb. I didn't have enough free time to enjoy it more but I'll be happy to come back. Gilles is very nice and responsive. At the slightest problem, he is available. The washing machine broke down the first week, a few days later, a new one was installed. Thank you for hosting us and for the stay. Looking forward to seeing you again.

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our check-in and check-out constraints. The apartment was very well located for our needs, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even icy, was very pleasant😉).

Good welcome from the couple. Neighborhood slightly outside the city center but an efficient public transport service to get to the city center.
