Vacation rentals with a patio in Zona Tortona, Milano

Great to wake up in the morning and see the mountains. Quiet area even on the evening return. Even though I was alone, I was very quiet, especially because the house is super quiet. Close to downtown served by subway just 20 minutes away. I'll be back as soon as I can. Simona is really accommodating

The apartment is lovely, very clean, modern, easy access and the aesthetic is lovely. There is a shopping centre across the road and also many restaurants to go. Very easy to get the train from the airport and walk from the stop to the apartment. Easy access to the underground trains to visit anywhere in Milan. Overall had a lovely holiday staying here, the hosts are very helpful and responsive, the apartment is very clean and it’s in a great location.

Cozy apartment with all necessary services. Close to the tram stop to get around easily. Recommended

Fantastic place to stay. Marina and her son greeted us on arrival and were super friendly and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and looked even better than the photos. It was decorated beautifully and had a lot of charm so we felt at home right away. The neighbourhood was quiet but close to all amenities one could need. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was fresh, clean, and truly spacious, making it comfortable even for four people. It was also very well-equipped—we were all really impressed and felt well taken care of. If I had to mention one small drawback, an additional pan would have been helpful. But that’s just a minor thing; overall, the apartment was simply awesome! 🪻 ^^

Great stay, I can only recommend it. Comfortable, cozy, clean, well-equipped! The bed is very comfortable. The landlord was responsive, easy to get in and contact. Amazing view from the balcony.

Very cozy ,modern ,tastefully furnished studio. Located in the greenery and on the top floor of a building, it is extremely bright and quiet, despite being within walking distance of all useful services and the vehicle that takes you directly to the center. Damiano is very kind and helpful; next time for sure, if the apartment is free, I'll be back . Thank you Damiano for hosting

Marco is a very good host, very kind, responsive he gave us very good advice and a very good place. The apartment was impeccable all necessities are available, we were offered coffee, biscuits and a bottle. It was a lovely weekend, thanks again.

excellent accommodations

The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The view is stunning. Its a very comfortable place to stay. We hired a car from the airport and spent the week exploring the lakes and made a couple of visits to Milan. The whole area is beautiful and Delia's place is a great location to explore from if you have a car. Delia and her son Marco were very helpful and friendly and gave us good suggestions of places to eat nearby. Its a very peaceful location definitely not the place for a stag or hen do, but ideal place to relax and explore the lakes from.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We had a really great stay at Fabios. The place was as advertised and was easy to check both in and out. Throughout our stay they made sure to check in with us via messages and they were constantly offering their help. At points it could be a little loud in the apartment (from general street noise and cars driving around at night) but that is what can be expected when visiting a big city. Other than that the apartment was great. Located right next to a bus stop that could easily get you close to the city centre. All in all, very happy with our stay here.

Samuele was always quick to respond. The place is even nicer and bigger than in pictures. Have a great time and can't wait to come back here sometime. The location is also perfect with lots to do in beautiful chinatown.

A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. A great location, super hosts, definitely I'm going back in the future after this lovely Christmas in Novara. Thank you Marta for everything!

Wonderful apartment! We were in 6 people (two couples and two girls) and we stayed beautifully! The area is very quiet but has a series of hand-door amenities around (noteworthy is the Lambrate brewery which is 5 minutes from the apartment). Gemma, the owner was always very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, especially if you are in more people!

This is a great apartment. I usually prefer self check-ins, but the check-in process was super quick and easy and the host was really nice showing me around the apartment, as well as responding to follow up questions afterwards. Little tip to find the building a bit more easily: the building's entrance is currently under scaffolding, which makes finding the number a bit harder (but still very straightforward). The apartment is spacious, larger than it looks on the pictures, living room is great for relaxing as it has a big TV, kitchen is also good, I used the stove and it worked perfectly. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is very quiet at night, I didn't even have to use earplugs. Location is also great, as it's a calm area that has supermarkets, gelato, pizza and the metro all 1 or 2 blocks away. Center of the city is also very much walkable from there. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.
