Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Zona Rosa, Mexico City

We were pleasantly surprised by how great this location turned out to be. After a night off the Zócalo, we were happy to move to a quieter neighborhood. Not only was it walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte, it's also just a block off Ave Amsterdam, which circles Parque Mexico, and is a beautiful option for a morning walk and visiting many cafes. We found great food, shopping, and even a gym within a few blocks. The apartment itself is as advertised. The floorplan is unique, but not an issue as long as you expect it. We loved spending time on the patio upstairs. The apartment is off the street, so pretty quiet, but the courtyard is open-air, so you will hear some street noise and birds in the morning. It was a bit cold at night, but Nadezda made sure we had heaters, which completely solved the problem. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets.

Our family (10 persons) spent a week together and loved the location. Lorena helped us get a meal for everyone the first night. It was Christmas Eve and many stores and restaurants were closing. We loved the location and how nice Lorena was during the week. We had no problems and hope to stay here again.

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

We had an amazing 2.5 week stay at Ricardo's home! It is super spacious and perfect for families or groups of friends. The location could not be better -- right in the heart of Condesa with so many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, and ice cream shops within a few minutes walking. We were also very close to several parks. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. Ricardo was very responsive if we ever had a question, needed help, or there was an issue at the home -- it was always resolved very promptly. I would definitely recommend this home!

The stay at Kyra's was very nice! The small garden is a real treat in such a big city! Kyra was always available and very helpful and friendly.

Overall, a great place for our trip to Mexico City! Important to note that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is actually off of the roof deck so you need to go upstairs and outside to access it, which was unexpected. Some plumbing issues and one of the showers didn’t put out hot water. Good location. Can hear traffic from the nearby main streets all night. Roof deck is amazing! Plenty of space to hang out in the whole house.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Mexico City. Communication was quick and easy, check in was effortless, the apartment was exactly what was pictured and described on line. Great location, next to bars, restaurants and tiendas, very walkable. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved staying in Gina's Tiny House (which doesn't actually feel tiny at all)! Every inch of it is thoughtfully designed with so much character and comfort. The house is on a private street, so it's safe and quiet, despite being centrally located within walking distance or a quick Uber to everything you'd want in the city. There's a great Sushi spot right at the end of the block. I unfortunately had to change my plans at the last minute and Gina was incredibly nice and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a cooler spot or a better host!

Rene’s spot was delightful. The master bedroom gets amazing morning light; waking up each morning was a real treat. Great location, great design, every little detail is covered. Rene is an attentive and warm host who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. During our stay, he responded to our needs quickly, both in terms of the comforts of the apartment and also helping us make the most out of our trip. Can't wait to come back. 

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. The only con would be as stated in other reviews is that it can be noisy , especially at night due to the traffic outside your window and there is a busy restaurant below. Sometimes the restaurant has performers playing outside your window. Fortunately, the restaurant closes at 10:30pm. But having the restaurant nearby is convenient and the food is very good. We really loved the Condessa area and its proximity to Roma sur and norte. We stayed in January so the weather was pleasant and did not need heat nor cooling. There is no air conditioning.

We had a great stay at this well-appointed apartment on a quiet street in Roma Norte. The beautiful terrace was a highlight. Easy to get to great restaurants. Everything was clean and in working order. We appreciated the hosts' recommendations as well as many tourism books to help us on our first trip to Mexico City. Highly recommend Lisi and Manuel's place as a base to explore this vibrant and dynamic city.

My partner and I were thrilled to stay at Juan’s place for our very first trip to Mexico City. Upon our arrival from the airport, we checked in with the building security who was super friendly and helpful, as well as accommodating our arrival during the nighttime (around 1 am). The building is located in the middle of the Historic Center of Mexico City, and the building itself is clearly a historic location. It is well maintained, and Juan’s apartment felt modern, clean, and comfortable. He also had a fresh water dispenser ready for us in the kitchenette, which was very much appreciated. Throughout our stay, we were within walking distance of a multitude of historic sites, restaurants, and the metro which was convenient for getting us to where we needed to go. The entire experience was spectacular - from the lodging, to the friendliness of the building staff, to the responsiveness and tour guides provided by Juan. Thank you so much for a wonderful introduction to Mexico City!

Have stayed here on several occasions and ALWAYS had a great experience from booking to communication with host.

Nice appartment with a terrace with sun around 13-17, this is probably different due to the time you visit, we where there at the begining of January. The surrounding area have nice restaurants and shops so it feels like you can just step out for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink. So it makes it easy to get some good food and drinks with out traveling.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. Paul was easy to communicate with and responded quickly and effectively to messages. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Paul!

Claudia’s place was nice, clean, and centrally located, which made it easy to get to all of our activities and reservations.

Jude & Philippe’s tree flat was a dream! I loved staying here as a solo traveler and would certainly return. Clean, quiet, the doorman makes check in super easy and the building feels very safe. There were plenty of towels. The windows and outdoor space add a lot of vibes. The location on the edge of Roma and Condesa is amazing, very walkable and convenient to groceries/basic necessities as well as cute restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques. Jude & Philippe provided lots of recommendations on the neighborhood and were friendly and proactive about communicating. Their flat is highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, the photographs do not do it justice. The fractionation is very nice, quiet and private. In the house you have everything you need for a spectacular stay. The bed is super comfortable. We are sure that we will book again. Angel was always very friendly and responded very quickly. We definitely give it a 10/10

Perfect place from which to explore the city. Close to everything and super comfortable and clean. The private rooftop deck is also a great place to unwind!

This place is great. I love the Condesa area, and I usually visit twice a year after having toddlers took me 2 years to come back. This place was a great stay, just as described. Fantastic host, and stay. Everything you need is in this area.

Spent a month in this amazing CDMX apartment over the holidays with my family. Fantastic location in Roma Norte near Parque México, totally walkable with hip cafés & restaurants everywhere. Safe neighborhood with friendly doormen for added security. Was delighted by the clean, quiet & comfortable space including the private patio. Host was very responsive with our questions and requests. We had a great time and I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

Excellent place to stay, very close to great places to enjoy, even walking, such as the National Cineteca, Plaza Mitika, Casa Frida Kahlo, among others, very nice place, clean and with good furniture to enjoy the stay, I undoubtedly recommend it 100%.
