Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Zofingen District

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

We were there with friends and children. It was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and has many rooms. The hosts were extremely friendly and warm. We'd love to come back. Thank you for everything!

the scenery is outstanding. truly what we expect. i recomend Theres place to anyone who prefer enjoy and feel like the local. The house is very accomodating especially the kitchen very very complete. we felt very homey and love the place but the place only accessible by car i think. if you walk/using public transport this place will be quite a walk.

Amazing host, thank you for all your help during our stay. The pictures don't do the house justice, it's fantastic and the area is amazing and peaceful. Only 30 mins on the tram into basel. Will stay here again when visiting the area, thanks Silvie for everything.

Stayed at Sabrinas place for a week with 5 adults, one child and two dogs. House has plenty of room and comes with all necessary equipment for an extended stay. The view over the lake and the mountains behind is simply incredible and a reason it itself to visit the house! We would love to come back in the future.

We had a great time at this place. The space is really generous, with spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms, ideal for hosting a group of people. The location is also very convenient, there are parking spaces available right next door, which is a real asset, especially if you are by car. The host is super friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend!

Carmen is a fab host and super responsive. She gave advise on things to do and other things that we asked. Kitchen is well equipped, washing mashing and dishwasher too!! We had a dog that loved the terrace but if your dog has a tendency to run off or ‘explore’ you’d need to keep an eye on them. Hiking trails straight from the door which is great! It’s a pretty steep climb up to the unit so a car is would be beneficial (unless you’re super fit lol). Loved our stay, only downside really was having to leave! Thank you Carmen

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Our stay was just great. Antonia is extremely friendly and her cozy house is quietly located. Our dogs felt right at home :) We'd love to come back

Everything tip top as always I felt like I was at home

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Pius and Nadine were very welcoming, lovely to talk to and provided an ideal retreat for our family. The surroundings were spectacular and was a perfect base for our day trips into Lucerne and Mt Titlus. They gave us a lift in to town so we could shop for our groceries and they gave me a bottle of their home made cherry schnapps for my birthday!!🍾 The stay exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate in recommending their place to anyone seeking a quiet home with beautiful scenery. 😁👍

We couldn't possibly have enjoyed our stay at Barbara's farm any more than we did. We had one night in Switzerland on a road trip from Italy to France, and this was right on our route. We have two kids (6 and 8), and this felt like a beautiful and fun place to stay. It's a remote farm (which we knew per the map), but it is beautiful beyond belief. A classic mountain setting. The house we stayed in was perfect - extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with fresh butter and cheese from their cows waiting inside and a fresh loaf of bread. Delicious! They are a cow dairy farm, but they also have goats (we held a 3 day old one where we were there!), bunnies, horses, calves, two super sweet dogs, and unbeknownst to us, there was a litter of puppies there when we arrived as well! We had a scant 24 hours here and could have enjoyed at least a couple of nights comfortably. Barbara was an incredibly kind and gracious host and provided a really wonderful farm tour during our time there. 10/10!

Great place at a very nice and peaceful location! The place is very clean and spacious, and very private while still near restaurants and grocery shops. Would recommend!

Daniela is friendly and attentive. The apartment is above a horse stall, which is a real authentic experience with regards to locals and the small town. Daniela even refilled the wood of our fireplace without us even asking. It was a great experience.

My family and I had the loveliest of times at this house. The arquitectural beauty of the house is something that must be experienced. The owner, Andrea is extremely helpful from the start as well as serviceable. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing! We stayed for a week (April 2025) and the place was incredible. Exactly as advertised!! Great house, plenty of space and immaculately clean on arrival. Well stocked kitchen, fantastic pool and hot tub, and rapid responsive host. We loved everything about our stay, thank you. 5 stars plus!

We were a small group travelling from the UK preparing for a competition. The set up worked perfectly for us, the house was lovely and we were able to enjoy our stay. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Silvia was super nice and helped us with hiking trails in the area. The accommodation had full comforts and made it feel comfortable at home. Too bad our stay was so short!
