The apartment was spotless and exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making check-in smooth and communication super easy throughout the stay. It’s in a great location—walkable to the city center, with everything you need close by. Even though it’s near a main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Would absolutely stay here again!

As a couple were in Roel's apartment for five nights and can say it's an ideal place to get to know the city of Kosice and its surroundings. The historic old town is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is well equipped for two people. We highly recommend the place.

Everything is very good, there are also supermarkets around

We enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s place. It was nice and cozy little apartment, very central with many attractions and pubs within a walkable distance. The only downside is parking, however, if you are lucky you can get an on street parking spot in front of the airbnb for around €20 for 24hrs. We’ve also met the host as we were leaving and he was very pleasant and kind. Would recommend 100%.

This is my second time staying in this apartment. It is a comfortable, quiet, calm and clean apartment. The house has everything you need. The landlords are helpful, kind and friendly. I thank them very much. It is close to the shopping mall. It is easy to reach the city center. When I come to Kosice again, I will definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone.
