Awesome place, lots of things around to do. Host is incredible and friendly. Have the whole place to yourself. Lots of space.

This beautiful, spacious home in a wonderful neighborhood was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped and Gilia was responsive and friendly. We would stay there again.

Aaron was a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. The house was just as the photos showed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great for our dogs. Lots of room.

This is a really cool and unique Airbnb just south of Downtown Indy and just west of Fountain Square. The cool mid-Century touches are abundant and the home was well-stocked and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Our stay was very enjoyable! All the amenities we needed for a weekend with family. We cooked & grilled some meals, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The dining table seats 4, and island 2, but we pulled up an extra chair to the island and it comfortably sat 3. The perfect location close to downtown and 3 thrift stores within couple miles that us ladies enjoyed! A safe neighborhood was a top priority, and this house delivered. We parked 2 full size trucks in the fenced area, which filled the space & required careful backing skills due to tight corners but it worked great. The hot tub was lovely. We somehow put it into Eco mode the first night, so by second evening it was cool, but within minutes of messaging the host, they told us how to fix it, and within 1 1/2 hours it was heated to temp and we used it again! The kids loved the 2nd floor game room! The perfect place for them to play while us adults were on the main floor. Our experience was wonderful!

Clean and comfortable home for a few long distance friends to catch up over a weekend. Appreciated clear communication. Perfect proximity to restaurants and outings to explore.

Great location! Loved the decor and treat selection. Bed is very comfy. The space heater in the living room was a nice little bonus… helped chase away the unusually chilly nights. We would definitely stay at the pink lotus again if we ever find ourselves back in Indy!

We visited Indy for the first time this weekend and I am so glad I went with the Alfa Haven Haus! Sandy and Louie really outdid themselves with this one! Their home is absolutely beautiful and in the best location. Traveling to and from places was a breeze. It was also within walking distance from me and my partner's new fave coffee shop, Bovaconti (thank you, Sandy, for the recommendation!). To top it off Sandy and Louie were such amazing and gracious hosts! We 110% recommend staying at the Alfa Haven Haus for your next trip to Indy. Thank you, Sandy and Louie! We will most definitely be booking a stay at the Alfa Haven Haus during our next visit!
