We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ayia Napa! The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches, shops, and great restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing excellent local recommendations. We loved spending evenings on the balcony, enjoying the views and the sea breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayia Napa—it's the perfect home away from home!

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

It was clean, spacious, and in the heart of the city. Thank you so much to the gentleman who lives for his help and interest from the moment of the first conversation to the moment of the holiday. If you are going for a short time as a family, I would definitely recommend you to choose it, a full price, performance and any daily needs you may need were considered.

Amazing location in a beautiful area and a very nice host. The house is on a mountainside with a great view over the landscape. It’s very comfortable and calm. If you want to explore the mountains, there are hiking trails starting directly behind the house. The big terrace is perfect to eat outside, birdwatching, enjoying the sun and stargazing at night. Every evening we heard little owls calling and saw them flying over the pool sometimes.

My parents and I had a very lovely stay at Brigitte's apartment. Very nice location, lovely and beautiful apartment with all the necessities. Great beach within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Mr. Seyit was very hospitable to us. I felt at home while staying at No:3. It allowed for flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Every question I had was quick to respond. While cooking in his kitchen, I was able to work without seeing a difference from my own kitchen. Thanks for everything.

The house and location were wonderful. The sea was very nice. The inside of the house is as seen in the pictures. It is an ideal size for 2 people. Evgeny is very helpful and has been very helpful to us during our entire vacation.

Ruslan deserve to be a superhost, i appreciate his superhost status, very responsive and friendly host, whenever i contacted him for anything he responsed very quickly, i really appreciate his response. Place was really beautiful, clean and well organised, spent wonderful time with family there and really enjoyed my stay, beautiful place with big grocery nearby and spa, sauna, gym, swimming pool everything was there. Only thing i want to recommend one should have a ride to stay there little far from city but it's best place to stay in Northern Cyprus. i will surely stay there in my next trip will recommend to everyone, thanks to Ruslan for providing such beautiful house in a competitive price. one more thing all basic necessities were there like soap, water, towel, heating, cooling, tv, internet was there i appreciate Ruslan for such understanding regarding his guests. i will suggest this place to everyone.

If you’re a nature person you definitely want to stay here. The view is amazing, neighbours are very friendly. Even though you’re literally on top of the mountains but it’s only 10 minutes drive to the Main Street and it’s close to super market and food places etc. If you’re going there make sure to RENT A CAR the place is hard to get to if having no car also taxis are very expensive. Overall I am happy with everything
