Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Nelly was a great host. My husband and I stayed in the first bedroom up the stairs (2nd floor, below her 3rd floor flat). Our bedroom was more like a studio; we had a queen sized bed, two bunk beds, a couch and sitting area, TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom with a shower. It was very clean and comfortable. It was so quiet at night - I didn't even know until the last day that she had a newborn! The area is a couple blocks from the nightlife, easy to stroll to, but far enough away for it to be quiet. Nelly couldn't have been nicer. She let us in at 11:30pm, was helpful with ideas of what to do in Istanbul, gave me advice on shopping when I called her mid-day, and served me a great breakfast on the last morning. Hello, check in was super easy. To find the place was difficult even for local Taxi drivers when we first visited the place from the Airport we had to loop around the area for good 10 minutes. The house is located in very steep hills from both sides of the street so be prepared to walk up hill and have good shoes. While staying there for 1 week I found it very difficult to find taxi or uber right in front of the house, we had to walk like 15 mins up hill then down hill to get to the main road to be able to find taxi or uber. The main road is by a Gas station. This house is close to Taksim Square about 15 mins by taxi and 45-50 mins walk, and the house is located on the Europe side of Istanbul. I recommend Tugkan to change these things in the house to make a better experience pleasant stay for next guest. 1- bed sheets, 2- pillows 3- have a better lighting in the rooms, rooms are a bit dark. 4- Turgkan needs a vacuum in the house as I found so many hair on bed and carpet.

We had a lovely stay, Hakan was very helpful including providing us with local recommendations and was always very responsive. Would certainly stay again and happy to recommend to others.

Had a great time in Ferhat’s place, right in the center where you can find everything. A minute walk to galata tower and 3min walk to taksim street where there is a lot of stuff to do. I really recommend the apartment.

I liked this flat because of the location which is pretty close to ferries/metro also close to bars and restaurants. Eren is friendly and was very flexible on my check in and check out. Of course as others mentioned, be aware that this street gets crowded because of the clubs. I wasn’t bothered though.

There was a mix up / communication problem with my transfer from the airport- but it was my fault. I didn’t have my data roaming switched on - and missed the info on how to meet up with the driver

The guesthouse is in the center of Istanbul. Clean and tidy room. Excellent location for quality and variety.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
