For us, family with 2 small children it was perfect in summer period. Great house with all essential facilities and more. Fantastic location with such beatifull views. Peacefull and relaxing environment. The house is located near some nice villages and also near Zell am See. For kids there are enough playgrounds and a Zoo's nearby to visit. We loved the stay!

Birgit is such a friendly and kind person, she gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was super clean, and has a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. The area offers plenty of activities and attractions, both in winter and in summer! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway with great hospitality and fantastic amenities.

This beautiful place should be sold to no one else, so that it remains so nice and quiet there and nature untouched. Michaela's food would have to be given 6 out of 5 stars: varied, healthy and taste excellent. Thank you for the most relaxing time of the year, it does not have to be the highest comfort, you have everything you need. See you soon.

Very comfortable and extremely clean home with a very accurate garden outside with a lot of games for the children and places to relax. The guest Marion was extremely friendly and she has paid a lot of attention also of the children. The house is super recommended!

Everything was perfect! Christine was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. A few good ski areas 15 min away. Saalbach a tad bit further (but better). Greatly recommend!

We stayed here over the New Years Eve. It was calm and exactly what we needed for our rest. Everything was a short drive away. Beautiful horses right next door.

What a lovely place on the mountain. The house looked like new, it was clean and we had a very good stay!

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

Great place for a skiing week.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.

The house and location are amazing. Christoph is an excellent host who is easily contactable and sorts any queries out. He is fluent in a number of languages including English, French and German.The house was brilliant and the staying there was like stepping back in time. The house is well equipped and in excellent condition. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The locals are all kind and friendly. Amazing walks from the house to suit all abilities. We had a fantastic stay in Hinterthal! The location in the ski resort is great – only a few minutes to the slopes and easily accessible. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and offered everything we needed for our ski vacation. Communication with Isabelle was also great – always quick and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

We had a super nice family holiday at the guesthouse Luggau. 😊😍 There are a lot of play equipment and play opportunities for the children. The pool is clean and very large. In the rooms/ apartments, everything you need is available. When we got the children away from the large playground next to the guesthouse, there were many excursion destinations and sights in the vicinity, such as a beautiful bike path through the valley along the river, a high alpine railway to explore the surrounding mountains or great places to eat. Ms. Rasser and her husband are always available if you have a question or concern. 👌 We were super satisfied in every way. We will definitely return in any case. ❤️

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place. The view was stunning, and the location near the river was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the area with the chickens and rabbits—it added a special touch to our stay. The kids' area was well-designed, and the finishing throughout the property was super deluxe. I highly recommend this place for families!

We spent our annual family reunion at Wolfbachlgut, had a great time. The ancient farmhouse that was perfectly combined with moderns left nothing to be desired.
