We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the fairway and dunes. On the terrace, you can enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is provided with everything you need. On the beach right on the app. is a nice public playground for when you don't necessarily want to sit at one of the beach bars. The apartment is at the end of the Zeedijk and therefore also a little quieter. We thought this was perfect.

A few days of peace and quiet during the week in the off season. Lovely quiet place, everything super clean and in order. Station, the beach, shops,.. everything within reach. Enjoyed it tremendously and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is located in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. The center of Oostende can be reached by ferry, by car or by bus. Unfortunately, there is still no baker in the immediate vicinity (but one is supposed to open soon). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partly under construction, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds are new and the bedrooms were also cozy and clean. The shower is new, ground level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small, but good and equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but we enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location! The apartment lacked nothing! Very clean and very well equipped. The view is breathtaking. I thank the host for answering our questions. It was a lovely stay! We keep this home in our favorites for our next Belgian adventures 😍

The location of the apartment is just perfect! Ocean view in all directions! The underground parking space and space for bicycles are also very practical. Grieth welcomed us very warmly and helps out with everything necessary! The bed is large and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

We felt comfortable all around It's like the other guests have already described. The apartment is perfectly furnished and very clean. The view is amazing! The communication with Tine is great. Maybe information about the parking space is still helpful because it was addressed in some descriptions: after you pass the garage door, a straight descent leads immediately to the basement. At the end of the ramp you have to drive a 180 degree U-turn. We were traveling with an Audi A4 Avant with a length of 4.77 meters. At the driveway, turning is hassle-free if you keep to the right a little more. At the exit you have to correct once or twice. A second person is helpful because the lighting goes out quickly. It's easier with light! With an A6 it gets tight! We will be happy to come back! Petra

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The beach and the beautiful view did not get bored for a second and in this winter month we had even more enjoyment of the beautiful and comfortable apartment. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Great place to stay about 15 mins drive outside of Brugge (also an easy bus apparently!). Very clean and modern, great size barn style accomodation next to the hosts house. Very friendly hosts who shared some local tips with us. Big shared garden with a bit of a private space, the hosts offered our kids use of the trampoline and summer house. In a very peaceful and beautiful corner just outside a village. Highly recommended!

We stayed with 3 colleagues in the "Summer House" of Joce and Mechteld to draw up and brainstorm our year planning. In one word, the cottage itself and the area was "perfect". Everything you need for an effortless stay is present and worked out down to the last detail. We'd love to come back!

Great place to stay for families, especially if you have many children (like me having 4). The place is clean, cozy, and safe. The neighbors are very nice. It is surely more home feel than a hotel!

Perfect place! We had a wonderful stay in the newly renovated vacation home with nine people. Everything is modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The amenities, especially in the kitchen, leave nothing to be desired. The large garden with terrace in a private and quiet location also invited us to relax. The sandy beach is steps away, and the quiet atmosphere in the park ensures pure relaxation. In addition, the host is extremely flexible, friendly and always helpful. We highly recommend this place and would visit again at any time.

We stayed there with 4 adults and a dog. Spacious, clean bedrooms, more than enough equipment available for cooking, cleaning, ... Clear explanation and information about the ins and outs and the neighborhood. Spacious bathroom downstairs. The garden with access to the parking lot was well used. Within walking distance of the beaches and the pavilions. Definitely recommended

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. We were there with two small children (almost 2 and 4.5 years old). The kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils, and there was always plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The couch and bed are extremely comfortable, and the evening light ambiance creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The TV offers access to Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube – the setting in German was easily possible. The children found the elevator very exciting and had a lot of fun with it. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance at every corner. Sebastian offered us the use of the parking card for €20 per day, which worked smoothly. He also responds promptly to all messages, which is very reassuring. Two hours after checking out, we noticed that our Apple Watch was still in the apartment and were able to go back without any problems to look for it.

Great stay. Very pleasant host. The apartment has everything. Don't bring anything from home, not even a lemon squeezer. Very well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

The stay was very nice. The room is perfect for a short weekend by the sea. The decor is very nice and the view was especially great. Fortunately, parking was free and only €10 for 2 days.

Nice and spacious apartment, ideally located and close to everything. Very friendly hosts, respond quickly. Nice attention with apperitively and Cava that is already ready when you walk in. We will definitely come back.

Very nice apartment, with good furniture. Attentive host, and available by message. Easy to access, and secure. I would highly recommend this for a vacation in Belgium, a stone's throw from the train station.
