If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

Wonderful holiday. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children in the villa. Super nice, quiet location and amazing views. The villa itself is very nice, modern, clean and with a wonderful swimming pool. By car, you are in 5 minutes in the village of rogoznica where there are various shops, restaurants and wonderful beaches. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy Croatia.

We were a group of 9 people. the location is traumaf. very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked like in the photos. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We loved the barbecue and the pizza oven. the house is a little out of the way. There are no nearby restaurants. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing holidays.

Ivan's villa is great, it has everything you need for a great holiday. Everything is as shown in the photos. You will need a car as its a 10 min drive into Omis for a better selection of restaurants. We found the local places in Gata to be shut as the end of October is out of season. Ivan is a fantastic host and is always there to help.

Villa Maria is a perfect escape. Great pool, hot tub and facilities - around 25 minutes to get to Split (though parking in the city is a bit hit and miss). Ideally you need a car to get around but it’s perfectly located for peace and quiet. Ivan and his father were superb hosts - second to none. Very responsive if we had any queries during our stay and provided a brilliant welcome pack when we arrived (which was particularly welcomed as our flight was delayed meaning we arrived too late for the supermarkets). Many items such as paper towel, bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bbq charcoal, drinking water etc were already provided at the house meaning that those frustrating initial buys were not needed. This made life much simpler/ cheaper than most Air BnB rentals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but still had a great stay. I'm sure we will return.

Recommended!!! Super home as described. Not far from the beach, shops, etc. Effortless communication with Ivan, he always answered our questions and was very friendly! Recommended!

Marjan is a very pleasant and friendly landlady. We always got an immediate response to any questions. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, except that you don't see how steep and narrow the approach is, and that the house is assembled with a 2nd, and is therefore a bit ringing. Due to the climate, all doors are warped, you could only open and close it with a lot of effort. The kitchen is well equipped, with all kinds of appliances. But it has,only, salt and pepper to season. The path to the sea is via several stairs, without railings, not so ideal for older people. Although a little off the beaten path we enjoyed the tranquility extremely. The bay is great and the water completely clean and clear. Unfortunately, the water in the hot tub turned green at the beginning of the 2nd week and we couldn't use it anymore. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. This property is ideally located to the water, coffee shops (Cookie Lab is great!), restaurants and downtown to the markets and palace! We were very comfortable here with the 6 of us. We downloaded the WOLT app (similar to the US DoorDash app) making groceries and food for some meals easy. Tons of Ubers around within 1-3 minutes to get to different locations, Highly recommend

Had a very good weekend in this Luxury house. A high quality service all the way through. The holiday booker tool was especially helpful in making the holiday stress free. The fridge was pre-stocked which was excellent as we only had a few days available.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Everything was perfect, great place. Very good location, clean, pleasant pool and great jacuzzi, excellent hospitality... Top week 5 minutes from Trogir.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We loved our stay! The villa was close to the beach, walking distance to a bigger beach and not far from Trogir. The rooms were big, each bedroom had a separate bathroom and it was clean. Very good communication with Petar, he answered all our questions and was a perfect host. He even brought us wine and a cheese board the first evening! He also helped us book a restaurant and look at alternatives for a boat tour. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place, everything as shown in the pictures. Kristian is a very nice and simple host. Everything was very hospitable, cakes and drinks were right there, which is nice. The pool was used by ours every day. A great place to stay with a group of friends. The only downside is the federal road directly below the property. So it's quite noisy. Nevertheless, all in all, great accommodation.

We spend one week in Mirtas villa with our friends (8 peoples). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice that there was possibility to eat inside and outside. Jacuzzi and heated pool were very excellent and we used them a lot. Sunbeds were nice also, you did not have to go beach if you like to lay in sun. The house is very lighted and functional. We used also table tennis and other activities. We did not met Mirta but her husband Vinko was very friendly and helpful, he even brought us two new bikes. Vinkos father have a big car (1+8) and he was driving us where ever we want to go in reasonable prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

Our stay at Iris place was so enjoyable. The apartment was just like at the pictures. The pool was our favorite place to relax. We liked that it was so close to the sea and also small geocery stores and very good bakery nearby. Also it was so close to the airport, Trogir and Split. I highly recommend this place ❤️

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

We spent one week with 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and for this setup it was absolutely perfect. Nenad is super friendly and communications was promptly and always friendly & helpful. The house was super clean and well equipped, incl air con, BBQ etc The pool was still warm (27 degrees) in October The sea is a few steps away - with the cliffs not suitable for kids but the beach is just 300m away… We will definitely come back

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.
