I recently stayed at this property and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from Seif. The location is perfect, very private and convenient for families and honeymooners. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and had open layout and creative storage solutions. It gave the space a modern feel, and I had no trouble organizing my belongings. One of the highlights was the air conditioning—it was working very well and kept the room comfortably cool throughout my stay, which was a blessing during the warm days. The place is well maintained and the owner takes care of the garden and pool regularly, he was very responsive to any concerns. It was clear that they care about the guests' comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere was cozy, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and pleasant experience! I would definitely come again.

We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great addition to our relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet, making it the perfect getaway. We Loved the apartment, Very Clean, Very simple, everything was on point, the View is Incredible, a walking distance from a lot of Places, The sheets was clean, the appliances smells very nice and Clean. i loved that the TV is Smart and we had access to several platforms makes it fun for us and my daughter. I am planning to go back again soon ♥️

Good place, amazing views of the ocean. Very easy to communicate with. Not the most sound proof place so noise from outside can be heard - dogs barking at night/people talking moving at night. But not an issue since I am in Egypt's downtown and love the hustle and bustle.

Our family of six, including three children and our elderly mother, had the most wonderful stay in Alexandria thanks to this incredible property and its amazing hosts. The breathtaking views and beautifully maintained home were exactly as pictured—actually, even better in person. Amer and his wife’s hospitality was beyond anything we’ve experienced. They thought of every little detail to make us comfortable: utensils, pans, washing powder, and even an umbrella for a rainy day. Amer reached out before check-in to welcome us warmly, encouraging us to treat the property as if we were visiting family. And that’s how we truly felt—like family. The property had consistent WiFi, which is hard to find in Egypt, making it all the more perfect. This is, without question, the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Amer and his wife turned our trip into an unforgettable memory. We’re already dreaming of returning. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, right on the beach. The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything was as described and everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. It's important to note that this is not a tourist destination (which was perfect for what we were looking for) so guests need to be prepared accordingly (have plenty of local currency, stock up on groceries beforehand as external restaurants don't deliver inside etc.). Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. The community is very family friendly and the chalet is in a perfect location. We walked to the pool, beach and playground very easily. The chalet has been very well maintained especially considering sea air and sand can be tough on houses. You tell Rami and his family have made efforts to keep the property comfortable and up to date. We will definitely be back next summer.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Omnia's place. The location is very convenient, right downtown, close to the seafront and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had plenty of space for one couple. The kitchen is compact and equipped for basic cooking (pots and pans, chopping board, 2 electric hobs and an electric oven) but if you like to cook a lot or something elaborate it may be enough. The highlight was the hosting team - Omnia and Dalia were extremely responsive, always helpful with anything related to the flat and any other questions we had!

Khaled is a very respectful and generous person. He is very polite and kind, you will feel like he is one of your family members. I recommend this very large apartment and the excellent location. Everything you need will be very close to you.

Mo is really friendly and helpful. He is always available and responds quickly to the app! Mo really took the time for us and likes to think along with you. Which made us feel at home. The villa is definitely private! Villa is both outside and inside very clean! If you want to go for your peace and quiet, you should definitely go for it! The surroundings are very quiet. Mo is definitely a good host!! A little less was that you are a little remote from the city and other things.
