Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.
