The location is great, breakfast at the super rich juice bowl, the only thing is that the church is one block away from the bell bells if you wake up early, parking is more on the street

Excellent stay, everything is perfect in location, cozy, remember that there are several stairs and it is at the top, just as an observation

The space was better than the photos, I have to premiere the renovation of the loft. Hot water, air conditioning, Wifi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed is very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person and with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants in addition to a supermarket across the street. I recommend it at 100.

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Great stay! Located near the main tourist/party Street but far enough aways that it's quiet

We were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The building was nice, modern, quiet, and always felt safe. It is in a nice part of town, with convenience stores within walking distance, and the balcony/room have a great view of the city. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed, with a comfortable bed and two comfortable bathrooms, and a great working A/C unit. Check in and checking out was easy, as well as getting in and out of the building and apartment. The host Diego was super attentive and responded quickly every time we had a question. Diego also worked with us so we could drop off our bags after our plane landed but before our check in time. We would highly recommend and would definitely return.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Guadalajara! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Guadalajara! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made check-in seamless. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of historic sites, local markets, and some of the best restaurants in town. Despite being centrally located, the place was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the space cool even on hot days. What really made the stay special was the attention to detail from the host. overall everything about being here was great and amazing, I have nothing bad to say at all

We had a lovely brief stay at Maria's place and felt very much at home! The place was just as described and looked even better in real life. The host was easy to get in touch with and she even left us some ground coffee which was super helpful as we were departing very early in the morning.

It's one of those stays that makes you feel at home, very conveniently located, clear instructions, an amazing terrace, and air conditioning. The bathroom is small, I even felt like I was drowning haha and the terrace had a tent/umbrella to be more comfortable, unfortunately it was broken and we didn't enjoy it enough. Other than that, everything is good.👍🏽

Great small apartment close to the business center. The park is a 20 minute walk away. Shops, shopping centers are in 10-20 minutes from the house. I recommend it both for short and long term stays!

Loretta's place was a nice little gem in a well placed spot in Central Guadalajara. lots of things to do in the area. Loretto was very accommodating and friendly to talk to.
