Great location, closer to the beach than it actually showed on the map. Playa Giròn is very quiet, and the house is very cozy and private. Odarsy is a great host, she’s very welcoming, very sweet and she helped us a lot with food for cooking which is not the easiest to come by in the area.

If i had to describe this Airbnb in one word: Home. Maike and Mark have put so much care and attention into the details here, and it's clear that they love creating a great experience for everyone who stays. Mark's cooking is as good as the reviews say, definitely his garlic lobster was the best we ate in Cuba, and Richard's breakfasts are also a great way to start the day. Maike looked after me when I arrived feeling sick, making me herbal teas and hot soup, and she helped us with transport to Cueva de los Peces (a must-do!!) and a colectivo back to Havana. The house itself is new and very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the back patio is a lovely space. I hope we can return again!

Amazing experience! Cesar does great job managing the house and book tours and taxi for me. Also, dinner and breakfast are like feast!! Highly recommended if you're looking for a cozy place and meeting friendly people in Playa Giron.

We had some really nice days at Julieta's lovely house. Maura and Fidel were incredibly nice and helpful, and helped us with everything we needed. If you're looking for long, lazy days on the beach, this is the perfect place!

Lidia's place was absolutely fantastic. I could not fault it & I dint look to fault any place I stay. this place is great. the food was great, Julio her husband was great. Lidia sorted all the trips out & anything that went with it. she is a fantastic host & a fantastic lady.

We absolutely loved Chalet La Casita and wished we had stayed longer than two nights. The casa was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean and well-appointed, providing us with more than enough room for us and our luggage. There was a safe to store our valuables and enough hot water to shower. The location was perfect! We loved hearing the crashing waves at night and looking out onto the water. We also appreciated the multiple areas to hang out and relax, from the covered rockers to the loungers under the shade trees with the option to pull the loungers beyond the fence into the sun. Finally, but most importantly, our hostess Claudia was AMAZING. She was so sweet and hospitable to us, helpful in information and walking directions, and the dinners she cooked us were the best meals we had during our entire trip. She is a talented chef and I am still thinking about her chicken and sweet potatoes. Thank you so much for a special experience, Claudia!

An impeccable and comfortable accommodation in a very quiet and pleasant setting just by the sea (very nice view). Hosts present and available. I recommend it!

Very successful stay. Unfortunately, frequent shutdowns of electricity are not the fault of the property, but a generator is provided, so the fan or phone charging works. I also recommend using the meal option because Yurisan is a great cook; pumpkin soup was the best I've ever eaten. there is a little poor description of how to get to the property but the owner quickly responds to messages and translates everything

Playa Larga is fantastic, quiet, wonderful and perfect! We had a super nice time and this was also due to Alexis. Breakfast was in tip top shape and our dinners were always super tasty!! Alexis arranged all our activities with local people making them memorable! This Casa has it all! We highly recommend staying with Alexis, so you will have a fantastic time!

We spent a night at Otto's, the setting is great the beach is 1 min on foot. Connecting for hikes and diving. Great dinner and breakfast in this authentic casa particular! I highly recommend it.

We loved it so much in Playa Giron and with Anaisa in her casa that we went back there a second time. The rooms have all they need and are clean. The house is super nice, you can see they put in a lot of effort and love. Anisas Dinner an Breakfast was very very good. the house is a bit further down in the village but Anaisa has bikes there to rent wich was perfekt for us. Also her Mother Monica is very nice and the Dog Lisa was very happy to see us again. Can recommend!!
