Vacation rentals with a patio in Zaidín

Nice house that 100% matches the pictures with beautiful decor. You can park in the underground parking lot, and the apartment felt safe because of the thorough security. The terrace view was beautiful and the big monitor to watch movies was nice. If you walk slowly, you can reach the famous tourist attractions of Granada. Thank you for the beautiful gift! 🙂

We had an amazing stay for my birthday. Beautiful apartment, very well equipped in a fabulous location. Amazing views from the terrace - the hot tub was a real treat! It was a very special stay - thank you!

Spacious apartment with on street parking, need to be able to access website on phone to enter building. Second floor apartment, quite cold in January, even with all heaters on. Some nighttime noise from neighbours and morning noise from nearby cockerel! Electricity went off in evening and could not get in contact with host for over half an hour, so that was a worry as we were sat in cold and dark! Kitchen was well stocked but no kettle provided Well located for exploring Grenada

Beautiful flat with a nice terrace! Very centric - perfect for a city trip to Granada. The private garage is just 1 MIN away. Very good host as well! Next visit to Granada we’ll be back for sure 🙏!

Mui grateful and good stay quiet everything's perfect

We occupied Dolores's apartment for 10 weeks. The apartment was clean, bright, cozy and with all the necessary amenities. The large patio is an important asset to the pleasure of the occupants, even if during the winter it becomes accessible because of the temperature. The immediate environment of the building is nice and pleasant. Zaidin is a modern, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Finally, we want to highlight the hospitality, kindness and availability of our host Dolores and her spouse. A big thank you for a pleasant stay.

Best stay ever!

Rafa is a very good host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is great, but the heater needs to be improved as it can be a bit cold in winter. Another detail is that there is effectively free parking is the immediate vicinity (which is what is mentioned in the listing description) but it can be difficult to find a place available, this is not Rafa's fault but maybe (note the “maybe”) should be mentioned at the first opportunity.

Great house, even to go with your pet. It was very modern decorated and if you go in winter you will be very August because the air and fireplace keep the house warm.

It was a very pleasant stay. The house is actually a past , it's big, modern , well located and clean. The savannas smelled like clean and it was very nice. In general, a very good stay. Close to Sierra Nevada and Granada . The owners are very friendly . Thanks again

It's hard to hope for more!! Steven was absolutely charming and the quality of his accommodation and services is impeccable according to our standards. The village house is conveniently located, close to the central square, shops and municipal parking (free). In addition, its exposure is perfect, offering from the bedrooms and terrace a breathtaking view of the mountains. The amenities are numerous and in perfect working condition. Every detail is taken care of! Cleanliness, bedding, decor, comfort, equipment, and quality of hospitality. Steve has a lot of attention and kindness. We immediately perceive that its nature is to please its hosts: kindness, availability, punctuality... everything is there! That it feels good to find a product and service of this quality that directly guarantees the success of a stay. We will undoubtedly be back.

Nick is kind, warm, and helpful. My sons can be a little shy but they immediately took to Nick. He had us meet him at an easy location that he described perfectly and led us to the home. It was getting dark and we really appreciated being able to follow him. He was extremely flexible as our plans changed through the day and we met him 2 hours after our initial estimate. Sorry Nick! We stayed in a few homes this trip (middle of January) and Nick’s was by far the warmest. The views are gorgeous and the stars were some of the brightest I’ve ever seen. My young kids were not thrilled about the idea of no TV but as I’d hoped, it turned out to be really good for them and the family as a whole. I could’ve spent hours just in the garden appreciating the views and the quiet.

Spacious house exactly as shown in the photos. Estela is very friendly and attentive for any need. Very comfortable stay, we didn't lack anything. Near the center of pomegranate and also Sierra Nevada. Very easy parking right outside the house. In short, highly recommended.

It is slightly up on the road may be 50 odd meters but place is really nice. Bit issue in opening key/lock . Place was warm and cosy. We had very good stay. NEar to main attraction of the city. all good. thanks

Exquisite treat, amazing place with a lot of charm, you have Sierra Nevada 30 minutes away. The river next to the house whose sound invites peace and relaxation. Many hiking trails, exquisite gastronomy, highly recommended to spend a few days as a couple, very intimate and comfortable, Loli is a charm, always available for what you need and make your stay idyllic, very pleasant treatment, you feel at home, we will return without hesitation, we have left a lot to do.

We had a very pleasant vacation at Ivan's place. The house is comfortable and in a strategic position to visit the most interesting areas of Granada. Great availability and courtesy from Ivan. Absolutely to consider for future vacations in that area .

The apartment is spectacular, the truth we fell short to say spectacular. It has all the amenities, very spacious, clean and beautiful. The truth is one of the best stays we've been in. We felt at home. The tranquility of the building and the village is unique, to disconnect and be very comfortable. Toñi spectacular and Laura incredibly friendly. Another of the wonderful things it has is the close to Sierra Nevada and its great charm. 100%recommended. Thank you really thank you very much for making us have a unique year end.

Isa's place is pure perfection! Walkable (around 15 mins walk) to Central market (Gran Via) in Granada, Bus station is right outside the building! Apartment was spacious and squeaky clean with all amenities! Also, Isa was very helpful and responsive. She gave us some good recommendations and also left some stuff in kitchen for breakfast! I would definitely stay here whenever I come back to Granada. long story short, if Isa's apartment is available for your dates then just book it!

The place was very clean, and the bathroom had heated floors. The host is very nice and super responsive. I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Santiago's place was great for our family of four's two night stay to Granada. We found the location very convenient and picturesque and Santiago's recommendations were great. We used the off site parking and had some difficulty asking for a taxi (not being able to speak Spanish) but uber worked perfectly. Santiago was more than happy to answer our questions.
