Waterfront vacation rentals in Youghiogheny River

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

Kara’s loft is very modern and functional. It’s both spotlessly clean and welcoming. Our two families of 7 enjoyed our two-night stay. Visited the famous Fallingwater, and made good use of the well-equipped kitchen for warm family gatherings. Thank you, Kara, for the opportunity to stay in this unique unit.

We had a very nice stay here. It was close to the strip district and the stadiums. Also it was an east on and off of the highway. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Clean and looks like the pictures. I didn’t feel unsafe or worried at any point while walking around the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. This is the perfect home base for your stay in Pittsburgh! Clean, spacious apartment with incredible views. The location is great - right downtown within walking distance to countless bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment options, while still being private and peaceful. What more could you want?! I would absolutely stay here again.

Can't beat that view, and the bed was great. I have a bad back and I always worry about that. Good location, and the valet was an awesome addition. We'll be looking to stay here again when we visit the area.

This location is a great deal! Excellent location, incredibly walkable to cool Pittsburgh neighborhoods. The apartment was clean and quiet. I stayed with a group of friends and we had plenty of space.

Very convenient to the GAP for biking. We had a couple of minor issues, but these were addressed quickly. The beds were comfortable.

An absolutely beautiful setting! The house was as described, we really enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise and the big windows to get the full view! The beds were comfortable, and everything was on the same floor. This was helpful since we were traveling with my 89 year old mother. The kitchen was very nice, and had everything we needed. The peacefulness was much appreciated. We would love to come back again for a longer stay sometime!

We had a lovely winter week at Deep Creek! The location is terrific. You can enjoy views of both the lake and Wisp from the house! There is a grocery store, souvenir shop and coffee shop just across the lake. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out in the house and enjoy time together. The beds were comfortable and tvs were a hit. The game room downstairs was great for the kids! It was cold while we were there so the 2 basement bedrooms and the living room were chilly even when we adjusted the thermostat. Overall, communication with Matt was great and it was a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful place. The house looked like it was remodeled yesterday. Very cute and well organized. The kitchen was completely stocked with new pots, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. Walking distance to the shops in Oakmont with a beautiful view of the Allegheny River. Perhaps the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Thank you.

We had a good stay. Gabriel was communicative, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Great location for walking to downtown Morgantown. Good spot to stay for a football weekend.

Beautiful setting. Spacious home. We were short a sheet and comforter, Nicole responded and was at the house in under 10 minutes.

Absolutely loved this weekend stay! Super clean, nice and tidy, big downstairs area. Love love love! The host was exceptional with the responses and offering additional assistance when needed, very sweet and kind, very pleased with our stay….felt right at home will definitely book again!

Great place for a weekend away. Close to everything you could want to do around Pittsburgh without feeling like you were in the middle of the city. The off street parking was a big plus and the house had everything needed and loved being able to bring my dogs.

My family had a wonderful time. The house was lovely with a lot of options to entertain us from the pool and ice hockey tables, to arcade games console and hot tub. Plenty to do when not at Wisp resort which was so easy to get to even in the snowy conditions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Location was awesome, about 100 yards from the top of the main lift. Conditions were excellent too. Hosts were extremely quick to respond and we had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Galaga was an added bonus which led to some nice competition with my teenage sons.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well stocked throughout (kitchen, games, extra pillows, blankets). It was very clean and quiet. Super close to the slopes for ski in, ski out. Would stay here again!

The condo was cozy yet very spacious! Being able to walk right out the back door to the slopes was AMAZING! It snowed almost the whole time we were there so having personal garage access was a game changer. Will stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at Diana’s! Ours was a studio in a group of 5 or 6 Airbnbs across 2 houses very close together. Huge meandering deck with each unit having a private bit to themselves and a fantastic view. The studio was sparkling clean and looked brand new. It’s not large but arranged in a way that it felt bigger than it is. Make sure to take a walk through Confluence and soak up every detail of this small town. So calm and peaceful and everyone very nice. Coffee, art and pastry shop 1/2 away. If you need gluten free, a small grocery across from the park had a surprising huge number of items and the Rivers edge restaurant’s chef is gluten free. They worked with us to modify dishes on the menu to substitute gluten free items as needed. Diana was very helpful and friendly with quick responses to our questions and suggestions for places to eat. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Ohiopyle is the major tourist hub. Confluence is 10 mi away and a perfect break from the crowds.

We had the best weekend staying at Sarah’s condo! The unit was as described and perfect for our family of two adults, two dogs, and a 14 month old. The ski slopes were a 2 minute walk across the parking lot and street. Sarah provided thorough information about the condo, surrounding area, and answered all our questions promptly. The booking, check in, and check out processes were very easy and well communicated. Thank you for everything!

We are repeat guests here. The listing is true... pictures and features were accurate. Good value for a basic place to stay. Walkable to the slopes. We would stay here again. Host accommodated us with a couple extra hours for checkout which was much appreciated given the 8 inches of fresh snow overnight.

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was! I mean everything felt so cozy and secure. My boyfriend and I were very sad we had to leave. We loved everything! The only issue was one of the drawers in the kitchen seemed loose. Other than that we had nothing to complain about! I cannot wait to go back and would recommend this place to everyone!

I had a great time in Ohiopyle. We were right in the middle of town. So much to do. There's biking, hiking, and rafting. Very easy to find and check in. Falls city pub is my favorite!
