Vacation rentals in Yorktown Heights

Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

Arrival was nice and easy as the Rustic Blues is not far from the main road. It is far enough away that you feel like you have some privacy, but still easy to find. We noticed that the house was just cleaned and smelled very fresh. There were nice touches throughout the house to make us feel at home. Complimentary snacks, k cups, hot chocolate with whipped cream and even little dog treats for our pups were really nice details that made our stay memorable. There were multiple restaurants nearby and our host was sure to make recommendations for us to enjoy. Thank you!

Cannot thank Stephen enough for taking care of us after a major mess up. We were able to get in and relax and enjoy. So grateful for all he did for us on a graduation weekend.

We loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate our Anniversary. Peaceful, clean and such amazing views of the Lake! Would definitely stay here again. Great food in the area as well.

My family and I loved staying at this home for our weekend getaway. It was as described in the listing and close proximity to Mountain Creek. We would love to return in the summer.

This is the 2nd year we stayed here in March for a bike event in town. The location is perfect, you can walk to town, plenty of room for our bikes in the garage and the hot tub is great amenity. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to have meals at the house. Bruce is a great host, very helpful and always responsive. We look forward to staying again next year!

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is beautifully designed and extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, and the playroom for the toddlers was an amazing addition to the experience. Judy was very responsive and considerate of all of our needs. We would love to come back for another stay!

The house was beautiful. Super clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Linens and cookware were all high end and house was beautifully furnished, just as pictured. Location was great for a fall getaway and Rondout Creek was such a peaceful spot. Close to pumpkin and apple picking. Visited Angry Orchard Ciderhouse nearby and walked to Rosendale Farmers Market on Sunday morning. Travis was a great host. Had a few questions and his response couldn’t have been more prompt!

We loved our stay at Ed's cabin. it is a real gem and perfect for a long weekend away. we loved the fireplace, the rocking chairs, the windows with views out onto the lake that make you feel like you're right over the lake and in the trees. there were nice restaurants and hikes in the area, but we were perfectly content watching the lake and reading from the cabin. Ed was perfectly accommodating and extremely generous with his space, couldn't recommend more highly.
