Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

having been let down by our original holiday home we needed a place to stay at very short notice. we inquired about maple house and within 2 hours we were actually in the property. fabulous help and service from the team there.

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

Great house for what we needed close to amenities was ideal

The house was as described, in a brilliant location for visiting York centre & the racecourse for Park Run. We had everything we needed at Paul’s house, it was warm and cosy and the welcome treats were lovely. We may return another time!

Great stay in Frank's place. Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming and with all the facilities you'd need. Check in information was clear and easy to follow. Definitely would recommend it for anyone visiting York. Thanks for a fab stay!

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

We had the most amazing stay, hosts were lovely and easy to talk to. The place is stunning and was so clean! We bought a valentines package and it looked exactly like the pictures. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect quiet location. Everything you could need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. I see the lift has been ooo for over 2 months. Less active people would struggle with the 68 steps up to the apartment. Overall well worth the money due to fabulous location to central York. A lovely spacious accommodation. (We were 4 Adults… all over 60)

Excellent apartment close to York. It was great to have parking as part of the deal & an en-suite too. Comfy beds & sofa. Responsive host. We’ve had a great visit to York.

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

What a lovely lovely place! We stayed here as a five (including 2 small children) for 2 nights. The location is great, short walk into York and short walk to the train station. The accommodation is spotless and so homely. We had a lovely meal in 'Mamma Mia' an Italian restaurant recommended by the host. The host, Amy, was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were able to leave our bags (at a small cost) at a guesthouse nearby which was handy after we checked out!

Ellie's place is a great base in Hessle which is in a great small community. Lots of independent shops/cafes etc and a peaceful vibe. The place is very convenient to access Hull and other nearby places. The flat is clean and has all the amenities required to be self sufficient. A great place to stay

Perfectly located for everything we wanted to see. A walkable distance from the station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had many extras which was a lovely touch - tea, coffee, fresh milk in the fridge and a breakfast basket too, as well as toiletries in both bathrooms, and beautifully soft, white towels. Dagi's communication was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and would return if I visit York again. Thank you

The apartment is lovely, well laid out and with beautiful decor. A great deal of thought has gone into making this a very special place. Everything is easy to use and our stay was extremely comfortable. The communications with Diane were very friendly and welcoming (and didn't end with our arrival as she checked to ensure we were settled and also left some essentials and treats for us). Malton is a wonderful town, and all the best places (many recommended by Diane) are right on your doorstep. We had a fabulous few days and will definitely visit again if we get the opportunity.

A lovely 2b1b flat, perfect for a family weekend trip. Although it's close to the road and railway (not very busy ones), noise wasn’t an issue at all for me—I slept soundly. The only challenge I encountered was the location accuracy: the pin on the map wasn’t precise, and searching the first line of the address on Google Maps didn’t lead to the correct spot. Fortunately, I found it using the postcode—kudos to the UK's excellent postcode system! The location is quite convenient, about a 7-minute walk to the town centre—far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle yet still accessible. It’s also around a 15-minute walk from York train station. The heating system is strong and keeps the flat warm, especially in the bathroom. However, a minor quirk: the smaller bedroom tends to be warmer than the larger one, likely because the only temperature sensor is in the hallway. Overall, a great stay that offers fairly good value for money, with just a few minor quirks that are easy to overlook.

Just what we needed as a quick getaway, apartment was stunning, and really comfortable. Went to Gelato for breakfast and The Bay Horse for dinner. Just a very easy weekend and we’d definitely return

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Francesca's property. It was very clean and modern with great little touches which were very much appreciated. Location was perfect for sightseeing. We would definitely book again if we visited York again.

We stayed at Sue’s as a base for visiting family and friends located in Leeds & Bradford with our almost 2 yr old. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. She met us on arrival, showed us around and then left us to it. Lots of food available which our toddler loved. We all appreciated the cereal options! Lovely large bathroom and bath toys for the little one (we’d forgotten ours). Sue provided a highchair which again, our toddler loved and a travel cot. The location was perfect for us and she gave us sole use of the drive. The floors did creak a bit which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers but it was very quiet past 10pm I believe. Our little one had no issues. Lovely home. Would recommend. Beautiful apartment , would recommend to friends , excellent views , definitely be back , immaculate - welcome prosecco such a beautiful touch, the only issue was the door lock - felt we needed instructions on how to operate, did figure it out. We loved the place though , and will be back
