A very nice modern apartment just a short walk from the southern end of the “Athens Riviera” - it was recently upgraded and looked like they a great job - a few minor issues but then the Host was immediately available and very helpful,

Our host was very responsive and helpful to all our questions. The local bars were quite noisy until the early hours of the morning but we had expected this based on other reviews. Wonderful location for walking and eating affordably in Athens!

The place is in a great location, very easy to walk to all the attractions. Not far from train station. Lots of nice non tourist local restaurants nearby. The place itself is clean and have all we need including washing machine. Especially thank you Vesna for your help when our connection flight was delayed and land super late and being so flexible and check in with us in the middle of the night. Thank you 🙏

I found the place very nice and large for the price you get. Hosts always responsive and friends also making it easy to check in from my late flight that day. No complaints and would go back! Thank you for a fantastic stay :)

We had an enjoyable stay at Marita and George’s apartment! The location was perfect for us, outside of the tourist part which meant we had excellent restaurants that were a fraction of the price - to call out TUK TUK THAI STREET FOOD & Kalyvas Family Grill, whilst being able to easily walk to all the attractions. The apartment is spacious, modern looking and clean. Marita and George are on hand via Airbnb message if you need them. We messaged early on to share that the balcony door lock was broken and the shower fixture loose. We knew that being there over the holidays would mean living with this but wanted to raise so Marita and George were aware. The shower was a known issue and a replacement part had been ordered, the balcony door something new that they would pick up fixing. Even with these two issues we still rate this a 5 out of 5 due to location and feel of the apartment.

Very nice host, share trivial guide. Acceptable level tidy & clean. Very close to train station (around 2 mins). Very close to supermarket (around 1 min). Enough Kitchen tools & besic seasoning provided. Washing machine & Tumble dryer available (free) Recommend to try a restaurant name Pezodromos Originaly Greek, a passionate staff. Overall, nice home!! But, must be careful theives in Athens, specially in the train, I'm one of the unfortunate, I lost my wallet at evening time.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic value for money. The location is perfection, we were in the coolest neighbourhood in Athens! The view of the acropolis at all times is breathtaking. We had the pleasure of spending New Year’s Eve here and there was no place to spend it than our balcony. Lazarus picked us up and gave that warm friendly arrival you would want arriving at a new place. I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Thank you Efi and Anna

If you’re looking to stay in a central location, close to pretty much everything, you won’t be disappointed here. The apartment itself was well appointed and very modern. The hosts themselves are amazing and very responsive - we had a slight issue with the fridge and ensuite shower on our first evening, which they had fixed the next morning. I would stay here again.

Rich's house is the best house we've stayed in in Athens. Cozy, spotless, warm, 3' from the metro, 15' walk to Thissio, with private parking. The host is friendly and accurate in what they say. We will definitely go again.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. We did a little birthday "staycation" for my boyfriend's birthday and had a great time enjoying the terrace jacuzzi, the comfy bed, and the magnificent views of our beloved city. The nearby nature trail was ideal for an afternoon hike and our dog Leo loved chasing pigeons around the neighborhood. You are walking distance to everything, cute brunch places, boutiques and the most delicious Greek restaurant: Eprysynos Factory, which is a MUST for amazing food. Great host communication & nothing disappointed us!

The location doesn’t get any better in Athens. Beautiful neighbourhood right at the doorstep of the Acropolis and walking distance to all Athens has to offer. The apartment itself is spacious, luxurious and very well equipped and presented. Andreas treated us very kindly and was genuinely interested in providing assistance to enable a comfortable stay. Be sure and go with his restaurant recommendations. We did, and nothing disappointed. The hot tub is the icing on the cake. We finished off our time in Greece in this perfect location. Highly recommended.

Everything was great the house had everything was spotless and modern the host was quite helpful and always available any time of day,the amenities were exactly as described on the page we had no problem. Also the house is a five-minute walk from the wonderful area of the regiment.. thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation in your appartment.. we highly recommend ❤️ it to anyone who wants to spend a great night mainly with a couple.. (incredible hot tub to try it if you repair the space)
