The cottage's windows overlook a beautiful mountain landscape and the terrace offers a view of the Kuertunturi. The cottage is within walking distance of the village centre and is located at the end of the road in a very quiet location. The area is surrounded by excellent hiking trails, ski trails, mountain biking trails, groomed winter biking and snowshoe trails and snowmobile trails.

Traditional Finnish log cabin in the middle of nature. Enjoy the perfect winter or summer at this cozy and peacefull cabin. During summer you can pick berries. Beautifull view to the Ylläs fjell which is only 10 min. drive away. 2 bedrooms, a loft, working space, living room, modern kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom and sauna. Free Wifi. The outdoor hot tub can be rented from May-October with self-service 80€/use. If you like cross country skiing, the ski tracks are just behind the cabin.

TievaMist- new cabin, Ylläsjärvi

Comissioned in November 2022, TievaMist is the latest addition to our group of cabins in Ylläsjärvi. The compact house offers accomondation up to 4 people and it is located very close to the Ylläsjärvi village services. The house has two separate bedrooms with sliding doors, fully equipped open concept kitchen/living room with fireplace and a sauna next to the bathroom/toilet. The house is located on a small hill facing south so be prepared the to use stairs to get there.

Kotikelo (@kotikelossa) - atmospheric semi-detached traditional log cabin with great fell scenery and right next to outdoor trails. 100m away you can access skiing tracks, mountain and winter bike trails, snowshoe and hiking trails, and snowmobile trails. Peaceful location - Kotikelo is located at the end of the road in Ylläsjärvi-Palovaara and is well suited for remote work. Apartment equipped with two bedrooms and a small loft - well suited for six people.

Cozy log cabin (half of a pair-house) for rent in Ylläsjärvi. Location is excellent for cross country skiing and hiking. Peaceful and quiet location. Beautiful mountain view from kitchen and sauna. 65 m2, including living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 lofts, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and separate WC. Final cleaning and bed linen can be ordered for an extra fee. By car to Ylläsjärvi village 5 km and to the slopes 9 km.

Velhonkuru II is a cozy (36m2 +20m2), terraced house with a sauna and a loft in the centre of Äkäslompolo, close to services and ski tracks. Jouni's shop is 0.9 km away. The property is perfect for two people, but the loft also makes it comfortable for a larger party. The apartment has a completed bathroom and sauna renovation 07/23. At the same time, an air source heat pump was installed.
