Cosy House on the Edge of Brecon Beacons

StewartRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Beautiful home perfectly located for a weekend away to the Brecon Beacons. The property had a lovely lounge to relax and chill out in and has a HUGE tv! The kitchen is very well appointed and stocked with everything you need. The property had a family bathroom along with a ground floor shower room which was great. The bedrooms were perfect sizes and had lovely blackout blinds. The area was quiet and we didn’t hear a peep out of anyone. We didn’t venture into the garden but at the front of the property the driveway was great to load and unload. If you’re looking to do the five peaks challenge this is the perfect property as it was only a 10 minute drive to the National Park, car park. Thank you to the lovely and very helpful hosts.

Comfortable Village House with Hot Tub & BBQ Area

TamasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent a lovely weekend at Dawn's place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Dawn is one of the best host I have ever met on airbnb. The house was well equiped and spotless clean. The hot tube was brilliant and already heated up by the time we arrived. The parking space was secure and big enough for a Defender. BBQ was clean and ready to go with the coal provided. The pub basically next door was great too. I really can't fault the place for anything. It felt like home from the first moment.

Stunning Country Home

ChristineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful time staying in Barrys home. The house contained a lot of memorabilia and artwork, which at times could be over stimulating but kept us entertained at the same time. The property had all you could ask for and more. The contact with Barry was easy, friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Barry and his wonderful home.

Touchstone - The Artist’s House

NickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you want a pristine modern white villa with en suite bathrooms, this isn't for you. It is called the Artist's House for a reason: the multi-level spaces are lofty, with windows in unexpected places, just like being in an artist's studio. And best of all you are surrounded by art, everywhere you look. A great space to relax, socialise, share a bottle of wine.

This is an ideal place to stay for families and small groups to get together. In peaceful location and private grounds. The lodges are very clean and have everything you need for a weekend or week away from home. Would definitely use again and will recommend highly.

Comfort & tranquility off the beaten track

JaneRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had the most lovely holiday at King Grove. The spotless cottage was very welcoming to walk into, full of polished wood, ornaments and pictures with a teapot, milk and biscuits all ready for us after a long journey. There is a great wood burning stove, comfortable sofas, cosy beds, and absolute peace and quiet. We slept so well! There was everything we could need in the cottage, including information on walks and a tempting collection of intriguing books. King Grove is set in a beautiful hidden valley in a wider area of stunning Shropshire landscape. We spent our days walking and visiting castles! Leena and Geoff live next door and they have designed their wonderful garden so that guests have plenty of private seating areas. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return.
