Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yaphank

This was our second stay in a month as Sue’s place. It was comfortable and clean. We needed a space to stay at very short notice and Sue was great at accommodating and communicating. She even took our suggestion after our last visit and made a change to the place. Thank you Sue! Love the place and will definitely stay again when we are back.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Very clean accommodation in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts very responsive and attentive to our needs. Easy to get to Manhattan through the LIRR if you need to get there. We recommend it. Thanks Saidy and Ed.

Joanne’s place is a great cozy and spacious one bedroom apartment that my husband and I enjoyed relaxing at. We found it so comfortable we decided to stay an extra night since we are off from work this week and wanted to just chill out there a bit longer. Joanne was always responsive and easily accepted the reservation change to stay an extra day which was nice of her. I would definitely recommend her place and stay again in the future.

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible home! My family and I stayed here for my wedding. The house was immaculate. Easy to get into the house. Felt safe and secure. Beautiful house and great price. Heather was amazing and so helpful!

Marta is a great host, very nice and helpful with always quick response. The house is spacious, neat with 4 rooms, supplies are sufficient. Location is quiet and convenient to get everything, eat, shopping, fitness etc. We had a very nice 2 weeks stay here, thank Marta. Very good to recommend.

This was our second year staying at this property, and we loved it just as much as the first time. Off-season here is beautiful—just as stunning as summer but without the crowds. The house is clean, modern, spacious, and still cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The nearby shopping center at the end of the street, with a grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Walgreens, bagel shop, pizzeria, and Chinese restaurant, makes life so convenient. And then on the other end of the street is a neighborhood beach. All you need to bring is your clothes and that's it. This property is a secret gem that’ll make you too a repeat.

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

I had to get a place last minute due to construction and plumbing repairs at my place . Aaron's apt was available. The place was easy to find I drove in pretty late so it was dark and cold outside. When I could not find the right door or key ( the lock box was cold due to weather) I called . Aaron came over got the key . Helped us carry bags. My own parking space was greatly appreciated . It is a quiet neighborhood . Neighbors are quiet. Everything was great Thanks Aaron!

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was just enough space for my husband and I and our two daughters. Having a kitchen to prepare quick breakfasts in the morning before heading out for the day and having the pool and beach in the late afternoons gave us everything we needed to start and end busy days at the Hamptons Classic or visiting family. We are hopeful to visit again!
