Here’s a polished version of your review: The place was absolutely immaculate, with a mesmerizing view from the balcony that exceeded all expectations. The location was fantastic, and the convenient access to public transport was an added bonus that made getting around a breeze. Onur and Cagdas were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to assist with transfers and tours, ensuring a seamless experience. Onur’s excellent English and impressive knowledge were particularly helpful, making communication easy and enriching our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a very nice semester vacation. The location of the house was very nice and the items were sufficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioners were also enough for heating. When we went to Foça, it was a place we would want to stay again. The principle was also very professional in his business, thank you.

Muhammed was extremely responsive helpful, even carried our bags up the stairs. The elevator has been decommissioned due to issues previously, so be warned that there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. Parking is also challenging. The apartment is actually BETTER than the pictures, the kitchen is large and a stunning view of the sea. I’d highly recommend the apartment and Muhammed to deal with.

Selda is very friendly and helpful. She lives close by so anything we needed, she could find a solution quickly. Place is very close to the beach and other attractions where kids can be everyday. Easy drive to Cesme or Izmir is possible as well. Half an hour each. Cottage is located around olive and pomegranate trees and parking can be done in between them ; ) it’s modern studio style house with basic amenities functional. Our kids loved the place as they got nice company of cats as well. We are very thankful to Selda for hosting us and will be recommending to anyone who wants to stay in Urla.

We kept it for two nights to stay for our 6 friends' engagement. We were very satisfied. The location of the house, the sea view was very nice. We had a very pleasant time. We want to come back in better weather. We had no issues with the heating. Although it was very cold, the air conditioners and heater were sufficient. I recommend

As a couple who has been traveling for about 10 years, we have seen many houses, villa cabins. But this place was one of the most beautiful among the houses we have seen and lived. If we were to evaluate the house on its own, the score would be low, but the stone kitchen lower and upper garden was magnificently peaceful. It was a perfect holiday with my 2 children, so we had the opportunity to visit all the full places because I lived in Izmir before. Uncle Mehmet, how a beautiful person came every day to see if we need anything. It was easy to reach many beaches close to the center and such as Çeşme Seferihisar. It met our expectations. As a family who usually cook and eat at home with 2 coxuks, the kitchen utensils could have been a little more, but we also took care of it by washing it at every meal.

the house was as in the pictures, clean and pleasant, Mr. Cloud was interested. Everything went well and we had a nice and comfortable stay for 5 days 🙏🏻
