Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

Katie & Todd’s place was a wonderful home to watch the waves, gather round the table playing games, large screen for family movies and comfy beds for restful sleep! Kitchen was amazingly well stocked…pots, pans, spices and dishes for all. Double washer & dryer to keep up with wet towels! Quiet gated community close to lovely restaurants and cute shopping. Right on the beach for easy access to endless fun.

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed in - everything was orderly and well organized. And the view from the unit was amazing! The walls are pretty thin - and the next door was occupied and we could hear them moving around a lot, so that was the only slight drawback I can think of. However, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it for the price!

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

Great stay! As other reviewers note very clean and beautiful view. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. Location - map isn’t super accurate (it puts you a street back?) but we found it. It’s very close to two houses- one on each side which means if you’re outside you’re all together. Beach access this time of year was minimal and not for those that can’t climb rocks etc- even at the state park it was not easy and we watched people fall. It was fine for us and to be expected this time of year. We will gladly return for the view and coziness of the home. Thank you Glenna!!

We had a wonderful Anna relaxing stay at Shirley’s condo! It was beautiful, super clean, great instructions and a perfect view!

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as pictured, and was perfect for our group of 9 (ages 30 - 60). The views throughout the home are incredible, and we could not stop talking about how the kitchen had everything we needed. From an espresso machine, to a griddle, to actually having dishes/cutlery to accommodate the amount of guests the home sleeps. While we visited in February, and thus did not spend much time outside, there were no signs of going stir crazy from our group because there was space to be together and apart, and everything felt so open. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise, and added a wonderful warmth to the modern space. We would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dawniel’s place. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and appliances and we really liked the comfy king bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Irwin’s while in LC for family Thanksgiving. The house was great. Clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach! The sleeping loft was great, even had a couple beds to spare! Perfect for our family and great location.

Our extended family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids had ample space to cook, do puzzles and work on art projects. We forgot glue for one of our projects so the craft drawer was extra handy. Kitchen has everything you could need - even sharp knives. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Great house at the perfect location. Gleneden Beach is such a peaceful, quiet community - folks are friendly! This house is a quick walk to the beach down a cute hobbit trail. Miles of beaches in both directions once you're there. It is a quick drive into Depot Bay and Lincoln City, where any amenity you need is located. The home has a spacious, moss-covered yard (not fenced in but it's a very quiet road/neighborhood), with two porches to hang out on. Next door neighbors were quiet....see the theme here? This place is the perfect location for some peace and quiet, lots of room inside the house too; we weren't on top of one another and had our own spaces. The price is right, and the home has been well maintained, you're getting a 20th century mobile home, but it feels newer and is in a prime location on the Central Oregon Coast! The host, Robin, is friendly and responds in a timely manner. Though we didn't need anything immediate, I know she'd be right there if we did. Worth the stay!

Excellent location, thoughtful amenities, and spotlessly clean! Neal and Sue provided the perfect home for my husband and I to explore the Oregon Coast for the first time. The house is amazing and they are responsive, thoughtful hosts. Loved the wine welcome gift! Will be staying again soon. Highly recommend!

Deb was an amazing host! Let me check in last minute and made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our time there.

Loved our experience in the Newport Home. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect - private and quiet and also close to waterfront, shops, restaurants. Home had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Watching the sunrise out the bedroom window over the water was breathtaking. Ryan was quickly responsive with any questions. Can’t say enough positive about the experience!! Definitely hope to return again. Thank you!

My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Ruth’s cottage. Perfect location with access to what feels like a private beach. No crowds and we had it mostly to ourselves! The cottage had everything we needed and the sound of the ocean was magical to fall asleep to. We highly recommend this rental to anyone staying on the Oregon Coast.

We are return visitors because we absolutely love Beach Bum Bungalows. The location is ideal with a view of the ocean and close proximity to so many activities. We really appreciate the crab rings and buckets available for crabbing. Gina is an excellent communicator that strives to please and it is appreciated.

This is our second time staying at Jessica’s place. It is on a quiet dead end road with easy access to the 808 trail. The walk is amazing with awesome views. There was some beach and rock climbing but we made it all the way to Yachats for breakfast one morning. The place is nice and cozy for two. The gas fireplace is a nice addition. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely return! Thanks Jessica!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. It smelled and looked spotless. Super cozy and a great location. The kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the hot tub! And Heather pro-actively reached out to us to let us know we could check in early. We loved it and will definitely return.

Love coming here, this was our third visit in four years and we cannot wait to come back this summer. The perfect little weekend get away for us. Kate always checks with us to make sure things are going smoothly. We have never had any problems.

This a unique residence in several ways. The coffee was fantastic. The view. Quiet except for the subtle roar of the surf. Beach access. This place has a history worth reading. We came with a very clean yorkie terrier and a grandson with roommate attending Orogen State University. The yorkie ran wild chasing his favorite ball on the beach sand. We enjoyed the Super Bowl together. And my wife's 71st birthday. She's too humble to admit it, but I am shouting out her effort to thank the owners enough to washing machine wash, dry, and fold used linens before we left. All the dishes were washed. Garbage cans emptied. She swept the floor. We wanted to leave the place as we found it. My only negative is the place was very cold when entering and it took us some time to figure out how to warm the place up.

Home was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation! Can't say enough about how comfortable Jeanie and David's place is. Kitchen is well stocked, anything you might need is available. Home is clean and well taken care of, nicely decorated and fun touches throughout. Owners were great to communicate with and gave us many local suggestions. Looking forward to returning to this special place!

This was our third stay at Sans Souci—and it never disappoints! Spectacular views and a cozy and comfortable interior. So many wonderful hikes and restaurants within a short drive and a fully outfitted kitchen for us to prep and cook dinner. It’s wonderful that we are now able to bring our pet for an additional fee. The owner, Robert, was on site and generously invited us back down to the gallery (his residence and separate lodging) to view his mother’s incredible paintings. Highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit!
