Vacation rentals with a patio in Xinyi District

Clean and modern apartment. Wonderful location that is walking distance to Xinyi district (e.g. ATT4FUN and Taipei 101). Convenience stores right around the corner.

The room is exactly like in the picture! Very clean and cozy vibe. They has a lots of plants inside and outside the house which make this a super cool place to stay. The host is kind and responsive. Vey nice experience staying here ☺️

Book this place if you’re traveling with kids! Angel provided a crib, stroller, and bathtub, high chair along with some stuffed animals and books. This made our luggage much more manageable, traveling from the US. Her place was super clean and quiet, and walking distance to CKS memorial, where we took our toddler multiple times to feed the fish. She also provided bottled water and snacks both in the apt and in the “lobby” area. Only things to know are that the stairs are quite steep (no elevator) and that if the door wouldn’t close with the crib in the room, and for some kiddos that might not work well (we were on the 2nd floor room)

The room was clean, the host was always quick to resolve the issue, the private building had a lot of space

The accommodation has ample space, the entertainment room; the dining room; the living room is all separate and separate, with space for relaxation for the occupants of every need. Outside the window; the balcony; the terrace can easily capture the scenery and quiet feeling. There is also a pool in the backyard with a view and a Taiwanese shape! Push it

The surroundings of the house are very quiet and clean and beautifully organized by the host.The host, Jean, was very kind and helpful before checking in to help find a lot of restaurant information I needed, met me at the house when I checked in, in addition to detailing all the amenities, there were many small points. The house itself was very clean and comfortable to live in, and in the morning we saw the dawn of the year in the garden.When checking out, the family in the group felt it was too short to stay and hope to have another chance to stay again next time.

This was a great Airbnb for a big group. The two floors were split into two different units. However, it worked out because some of us had to work remotely. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean, neat and a minimalist design. The big projector screens were great for watching TV shows together. There were umbrellas for us to borrow as well. I would recommend this spot, thanks!

Great house You need to drive to get around

Miyo was a fantastic host. This would be a perfect place for those looking to house a big family/group of friends for the ideal getaway in Taiwan!

The owner was hospitable and we had an unusual Netflix account when we checked in and he was also able to take care of it in real time.The location of the home is in the middle of a residential community that is cheerful and does not need to worry too much about privacy or safety issues.The interior of the home is neat and tidy with all the facilities and absolutely plenty of space.

Loved our stay at Leo’s place. Easy walking distance from the fun area of Yong Kang Street without all the noise of the area and a metro stop. Close coffee shops and food places for any time of the day. I will look forward to my next opportunity to stay at Leo’s place.

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.
