The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Great apartment in a GREAT location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection to public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly furnished. Highly, highly recommended!

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

It is ideally located: 100 m from a very decent bakery, 300 m from the large beach, 600 m from the Mercadona, 100 m from a super nice lowcost bike rental and especially in the area of former fishermen which is extremely typical. Bedroom is at the back of the accommodation and therefore very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is close to the sea. The city center is easily accessible by bus and by bike. The apartment is large with 3 good bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, large living room, a nice balcony with the morning sun. it was also sparkling clean. the hall of the building is also very neat. We were able to use all kinds of useful things in the house, soap, plenty of towels, bread, coffee: very nice! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had a nice stay.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

I LOVED EVERYTHING, THE APARTMENT, THE CLEANLINESS, THE AREA WITH A LARGE PARK RIGHT IN FRONT AND 20 MINUTES FROM VALENCIA WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE HIGHWAY, I WOULD DEFINITELY REPEAT

We had a great stay at David's place! The apartment was even better and bigger than the photos. Plenty of restaurants nearby and walkable to many sights. They were flexible with our check in and allowed us to leave our bags while the apartment was cleaned. Iris met us at the apartment and was friendly and welcoming, and always available if we had questions. She also left us madeleines, orange juice, and water, which we really appreciated! Iris even helped arrange a cab for my mom's early morning flight -- a great help. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! I highly recommend David's apartment!

Hi we loved our stay in Valencia, the apartment was perfect, good beds, easy to get in by using a smartlock. Conviniently located for us since it was close to the Mestalla stadion. We would definitely book the place again.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

The location of the apartment is ideal. Walking distance to downtown Valencia and close to the metro station with which you can go anywhere. The apartment itself is located in a nice street opposite a restaurant. As a result, it can be a little more noisy in the evening, but it's not inconvenient. Alejandra is a fantastic host. We were able to get into the apartment earlier and were also allowed to check out later. Alejandra responds super quickly and is very helpful. The amenities in the apartment are also perfect. All in all, an excellent base for if you want to visit Valencia.

It's the second year we've gone and we'll keep going back. María Jesús is a lovely woman and is super attentive, you can count on her for whatever you need and she takes great care of the details of her accommodation. It is an ideal place to go with children and spend a few quiet days, the beach is a luxury, yes, one day we found jellyfish, but the rest of us enjoyed it a lot because the beach is super quiet and the water is warm, ideal for children! And the residential development is great, with a restaurant, shop, ice cream shop... We'll be back for sure!

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

what a nice place to stay. just the view! The two terraces are really a plus! Furthermore, everything is house present what you need to have a nice stay. the location is great! close to the beach, but you are also in the city in no time. we used public transport, ideal: bus stop just about in front of the door. We really thought it was a lovely place to stay for a week!
