Swan Cottage was amazing and relaxing and very clean. we can highly recommend staying they, the hot tub was perfect and the hosts are very welcoming, and peaceful location.

Garden cottage is easy to find, and absolutely beautiful, situated in a peaceful rural setting. There is plenty of accessible parking & I was greeted by Jill immediately upon arrival. The cottage itself had everything I needed, was super clean & comfy, and I had a lovely few days there. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here. It was perfectly located to enjoy Holt and surrounding areas. The cottage was very homely and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The parking space was an added bonus. Thank you so much.

Wow, the house is amazing. The photos don't do it justice! There were 14 of us but the house is so big you were never on top of each other. The kitchen is so well equipped you won't need to take a thing. The games room is enormous and has plenty to entertain all ages. The beds were really comfy with lovely bedlinen. Even towels for the hot tub were provided. It's totally secluded in beautiful surroundings. We walked into the village one evening which took around 20 minutes. Sue was a lovely host, she was on hand if we needed anything and left us all the ingredients for a delicious breakfast.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Stayed here as a birthday treat with my partner, we had a lovely relaxed time. The place was neat, tidy and clean and the hot tub was perfect. Easy to get in via the lock box and enjoyed the privacy that the shrubbery in the garden provided. We had everything we needed for a nice few days!

Hayley and Peter really have created a home from home and was a perfect little stay for me and my partner. The hot tub and log burner made it extra cosy for us during this winter freeze. I was slightly nervous booking as this is my first time booking an Air b’n’b. Hayley and Peter were responsive when ever we needed them which was only once as they set everything out before we even got there. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will certainly be back in the summer. Thanks again!

The house was beautifully presented. We felt very welcome and this made our family Christmas very special. Use of the spa & having log fires was great and there was enough space for us to either be together or have some time to relax & reflect on our own. Lovely walks at the local beach with the dog. Very comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean house. The whole family loved their stay & I would highly recommend Rebecca as a host and her beautiful home.

We celebrated new years here and had a great time! The cottage is beautiful, very quaint and the garden was enclosed and spacious for our dog. Liz was a great host and gave us so much useful information about the area and house. Quality bedding, towels, crockery etc (LOVED the doggy coasters!). There’s plenty to do with only a short drive - city, beach, walks, the broads. Definitely recommend a visit to Horsey Gap to see the seals!

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

A lovely and cosy cottage, perfect for my wife and I to stay for a few days. It should be said that the rooms are all a good size - the cottage is cosy but not tiny. Rebecca was very good at responding.

Albion cottage was perfect for a winter break for myself, husband and labradoodle Hugo. Walks straight from the door - Happisburgh circular walk, beach and lighthouse. Short drive to Horsey Gap to see the seals in molt, walks through the Broads and to national trust properties. Less than 5 minutes walk to the local pub for great food and beer. The cottage is lovely from the fabulous William Morris décor to the cosy open fire. Well equipped with everything we needed. Liz gave clear instructions for arrival and good tips for where to go in January. Also loved the eco conscious sustainable products within the cottage.

We had a lovely long weekend stay. The cottage was beautiful and very cosy - the fire was perfect for the cold weekend, and the Christmas decorations were a very welcome addition. The location was lovely. Amenities aren’t within walking distance but there was lots of information about how to access things / things to do. We went to Southwold for the day which we really enjoyed. Jacky was a very responsive and proactive host. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.

Our second visit to Marsh cottage, we had a lovely few days celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary, lots of long walks with Jesse our Bracco, the local farm shop is amazing, we stocked up there before our trip home. Thankyou Pip we hope to return.

Beautiful little cottage in peaceful surroundings. We particularly loved watching the many goldfinches and other small birds outside on the bird-feeders, Colin and Diane were lovely hosts and provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We found it a home from home and a great place to unwind after a day exploring the wonderful Norfolk surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful little cottage. Floor tiled on the ground floor which meant it was easy to keep clean even when the dogs did get a bit muddy outside. The wood burner kept us very warm and there were more cushions than Dunelm!. It's very private and at the end of a rough track but a traffic cone told us we'd arrived at the right place.

My second time here and it was as good as I remembered. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable in a lovely village location. Log fire a huge bonus.

We had a lovely 2 day stay at Heron Cottage. Diana communicated really well with us and was very helpful with the flexibility of checking in. The cottage is beautifully set in a great location close to Blickling Hall Estate, which provides superb walks and runs from the front door of the cottage! The cottage itself is set in very peaceful surrounding countryside within easy reach of interesting places like Holt and Blakeney Point, as well as the coastal resorts of Cromer and Wells. Great cottage in Docking, really good area which was nice and quiet. Cottage had all the amenities we needed, great little welcome pack for the dogs. One of our dogs loved the bed and dog blanket provided :) Would recommend for either a couples getaway or family. We will certainly be back in the future! Thank you very much!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Suffolk. The property was clean, lovely design features. It was easy to find and getting in was quick and simple. Lovely surroundings although by the road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. Very comfy bed and pillows. We loved our stay, thank you.

Cottage was very well presented; extremely clean, warm and comfortable. Denise had paid great attention to detail - not only a Christmas tree, but Christmas bed linen and table mats as well as some lovely decorations. Denise was easy to communicate with; helpful and open, responding to e-mails very quickly. It was good to meet her, where again she was very friendly and helpful. Added bonus - we could see the sea from the sitting room!

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.
