My sister and I had such a wonderful time here. Great place, great location. Beach, esplanade, restaurants and cafes nearby. Had so much fun with the kayaks. The unit was well equipped. Would love to come back for our next beach trip. I left my charger at the unit and Liz was kind enough to help me get it back. Best Airbnb experience I've ever had! :)

very nice spacious place right on the riverside. only downside we fond was that they only Supply 1 towel/person for a 4 night stay

Cannot recommend this unit enough! Such a great place to unwind. Close to all the ammenities that Maroochydore has to offer, but in a peaceful and relaxing little area. The unit itself is perfect for a small family and is set up so you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. Clean, bright, comfortable and well-equiped with everything you need. Sam was a great host and was very helpful and friendly in all communication. We’ll definitely be back!

Immaculate apartment with beautiful finishing and fixtures, peaceful view. Great location too to amenities grocery and services. The kitchen and BBQ were very well prepared for cooking

Alicia’s place was wonderful we stayed for 10 nights over Christmas & New Years & it was an absolute amazing spot. We have 3 children and it was a wonderful spot to take the kids swimming in the ocean aswell as the pool, we could take the kids for long walks & they could ride there scooters. Restaurants & food just in walking distance which was great. The apartment was just as described, it was lovely & clean & just a nice feel we had such a wonderful stay. Alicia is wonderful & anytime I had a question she was amazing & quick to respond. Thanks Alicia for letting us rent your lovely apartment over Xmas it was amazing & we would definitely stay again x

This is a fantastic place to stay. The home and views were even better than pictures. Clean, stylish, and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how perfectly Trish has put together her place and how well it is maintained. Views are amazing and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing against the rocks - so peaceful. Two things to note which are in the description - three flights of stairs and very tight parking spot. Highly recommended. Hope we can stay there again-next time we go to Caloundra.

Just a lovely place to stay on the water. Great little Thai place down the road. Was easy to get to. kept clean and had all sorts if knick knacks if u needed anything at all its all there. Very Appreciated for our stay Thanks Shirley 😊

Wonderful location for walking to the beach, exploring the sunshine coast or just relaxing at home in the pool and spa. Large clean spaces helped us feel very relaxed. Extras such as games and pool toys were a bonus. Kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining have a spectacular view, we even had a visit on the pontoon from black swans!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jacinta’s property. The place has everything you want and more - pool table, so many games, pool toys, fishing equipment. The kitchen is so well stocked and there is more than enough room for everyone! Comfy beds, ample bathrooms, and the movie room was a definite winner! Ours kids both spent so much time swimming and playing in the kids play room. We can’t wait to come back and next time would love to stay even longer. Jacinta and Michelle are wonderful hosts and were so responsive to everything we needed. Loved all recommendations of cafes and places to check out too - great taste and we loved exploring the area. We feel privileged to have gotten to stay in such a wonderful home, you guys have the recipe right for making something perfect and comfortable so, thankyou. Kate and family.

If this place is available for your stay you need to book it! We LOVED it!! Lis and Lachlan were amazing hosts and gave us so many suggestions and local hospitality! A real proper geezer! The place was perfect for our 6 adults. Amazing views. Great kitchen. We love the dock and outside hangout area. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. 10/10 stay!! Ice cold air conditioning which was amazing cause it was in the 90s when we visited.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was stunning, clean and neat. We enjoyed the Stand up paddle board and fishing off the dock. Calli was a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Anne and David’s property. The house was gorgeous and had all the boxes ticked for a great family holiday. Anne was friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with when needed. We especially loved the peaceful location, and being just a walk out the back gate to the beach. Magnificent location and a very well designed house. Well equipped, although some of the living room facilities are getting a little tired. We had some maintenance issues but the manager responded well and they were addressed. Will be returning.

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

This holiday for us was a beach holiday. Th location of the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Mooloolaba and the beach front. The apartment was very clean and tidy with great amenities, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. We will be back here in the future. Thank you Serene, Sarah and Terry 😊

We had the best stay at Michael’s place. The house was stacked with amenities, and was very child friendly; toys, books, baby gates, cot and high chair. When the baby was asleep upstairs, we had the whole downstairs area to enjoy. With a comfy couch, tv and full kitchen, we were able to unwind with some movies and snacks while the patio doors were open letting in a gorgeous breeze. The house was beautifully decorated and had such a calm, modern coastal vibe. The location was also amazing. The patrolled beach was a minute’s walk away, and Coolum, Peregian Springs and other coast destinations just a short drive away. The local shops had a coffee shop, bakery, IGA and pharmacy. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
