Beautiful house. Very nice that there were several hallways with sleeping rooms and sanitary facilities. So everyone had privacy and space. Furnishings were cozy and kitchen very complete!

The house feels pleasant and receiving. Just like the city center. With its historical significance for the Netherlands with Hoorn as the headquarters of VOC and WIC, I felt surrounded by history. From here, the capital flows went around the world. With sometimes a golden age as a result but also with centuries of grief. In this house around the corner from a beautiful harbor and downtown to love, you can feel that history. And that makes this place special.

A cozy and beautiful house in the municipality of Medemblik. It is right on a small canal and you can also paddle from here if you like. We had too much plan, which is why we did not use it, even though Micaela made us the offer. It's definitely a dream to be in summer. Otherwise, Callantsoog is 40 minutes away on the beautiful North Sea and also far from the island of Texel. Amsterdam is also 35 minutes away. Ideal for exploring the North of Holland and Amsterdam. We were even in The Hague which was only 1h 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with everything you need and you can tell that Micaela and John use it themselves, it is so lovingly furnished. A clear recommendation and with these friendly landlords you can't go wrong. We will be happy to come back.

A lovely cozy Dutch coach house, with all modern commodities, snuggled within a classic Friesen countryside of dyke, river and fields. Perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is above average well equipped with everything you need and very comfortably furnished! You're right at home! The contact with Renske was super nice and reliable fast. You can only recommend the house!!!

What an amazing house this is and what a top host Aleida is. Fortunately, we were able to check in and check out a little more flexible. The house is super spacious. We were only 5 people and yet she had made up a separate room for all of us! Everything was super tidy and communication went mega smoothly. We would come back here in a heartbeat for a follow-up weekend! Highly recommended.

if you could give more than 5 stars, we would have done that. What a wonderful stay we had. Everything feels luxurious and wonderful to enjoy underfloor heating after a winter walk and a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bed. Everything is there and also very clean. The location is within walking distance of the Wadden Sea and by bike you are also in Franeker and Harlingen, beautiful historic places. Definitely recommended.

We stayed with Hella for a few nights between the holidays. She welcomed us personally and very warmly, coffee and tea were ready, she even brought us delicious cakes. The place looked exactly like the photos, the view is beautiful. The kitchen has more than you need. We spent the days in Groningen, Leeuwarden, Heerenveen, Wolvega. All cities are in max. 40 minutes away. Back in the accommodation, we often just enjoyed the absolute tranquility and the view. We will definitely be back! In the summer it is certainly even more beautiful!

We had a fantastic time at this wellness cottage! The peaceful atmosphere and the nice surroundings made it the perfect place to unplug. The highlight was absolutely the jacuzzi and hot tub, which we enjoyed for hours. The facilities were top notch, everything was super clean and well maintained. Jitske was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for those looking for peace and luxury!

We spent New Year's Eve at this Airbnb and it was perfect for a relaxing turn of the year! The place was super clean, very private, and the host was always available without being intrusive. Especially nice: the welcome snack with local specialties. All in all a great stay – highly recommended!

We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and cosy and we felt at home straight away, the host is friendly and helpful. We liked the location with three beautiful national parks within short driving distance. Everything was clean, beds were great, we would highly recommend the place.

Even thought we booked the appartement last-minute we were able to have a lovely day in Lemmer. Communication with the host was excellent, and the appartement was exactly as we saw in the advertisement. Would definitely come back!

We spent a weekend here with 2 families with adolescents. Both us and adults and youth had a good time! The beds were very good and the sauna was also well appreciated. The arcade was also really great! Shortly recommended!

For 3 nights it was perfect and uncomplicated. For a family of 4, the sofa is a little too small and therefore uncomfortable. If you like country life and possibly - like us - have a dog with you, you will love it.

We stayed for a short 2 days to visit the open day at Meppel NHLstenden with our daughter. It was a perfect place to stay, in the middle of the city where we could walk to everything. Convenient parking garage just a block away. Place looked just like in the pictures, very colorful and quirky.
