What a fantastic stay. We booked for a two night stay for my birthday and we were over the moon with the snowfall! Sam was great and collected us from the local village to take us to and from the lodge as we couldn’t drive up there due to the snow. The whole stay was great from the lodge, the hot tub and location. We will definitely be back and we would reccomend to anyone looking for a private stay away from reality!

We have just returned from a lovely week at Stuart's cottage. It was the perfect spot for our week away with friends and family. The cottage is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. It was also lovely to use the woodburners for those extra cosy evenings. The cottage was lovely and clean and it felt like home away from home. lots of pretty walks straight from the door as well as a bakery, pubs and a couple of fish and chips shops down in the village...and a co-op! All in all a great week away and we fully recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Ruth's cottage, we felt really welcome and at home. Ruth had lots of information about local walks, pubs, restaurants etc and was really responsive to messages. We stayed over Christmas and Ruth had decorated the cottage with Christmas decorations which was a really lovely added touch. We had a fantastic break and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot to enjoy the many trails and canal walks. The cottage was spacious, warm and clean with everything we could have wanted, including a very comfortable bed. The provision of fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits and welcome note was appreciated after a long drive. Plentiful parking and the pathway to cottage was lit at night. The glass roof outside the door was lit with fairy lights and provides a space to leave coats, boots etc. We enjoyed Sam’s visits, he popped by for cuddles and biscuits, a gorgeous boy! Would recommend The Sycamore Inn at Birch Vale (couple of miles up the road). All four of us had a different dish and everything was delicious and served by friendly attentive staff. Would visit again. Did not meet the host but she text to see whether we needed extra logs for the fire and as she wasn’t expecting more guests the day we left, offered us a later departure time. We had a great stay and have no hesitation in recommending Pott Bridge Cottage.

We had a great stay at this property. The property was absolutely spotless and had all the necessities we could possibly need. The house looked exactly like the pictures online ( better in person in fact) and was very spacious. Hands down the best sleep I’ve had away from home as the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was a perfect addition too. We bumped into the neighbours and they were very friendly ! Over all would definitely recommend, we had a girls stay over but definitely suitable for families too! Host was easy to communicate with and really helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage—it was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the high street with great pubs, restaurants, and a lovely bakery. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the hamper provided. The only small downside was that we weren’t informed until the day of arrival that wood and kindling wouldn’t be provided. Since the cottage was advertised with a log burner, we had assumed these would be included. However, this didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay, and we’d happily return!

We had the most fantastic couple of nights staying at Amber's for our walking holiday in the Peaks. Cosey and warm, everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, fully enclosed garden for the dog, beautiful bathroom with amazing shower and tub. Fantastic.

We had an amazing weekend away at this lovely Airbnb in the Peak District! The property was perfect for our group of friends - spacious, comfortable and beautifully located. Simons home is just as described and shown in the photos, if not even nicer, we couldn’t fault anything. Simon is friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for a few days away and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.
