What an incredible home to accommodate our large family! From the minute we drove down the drive, we knew we were in for a treat. The home was as pictured and described. It has a well-equipped kitchen, lots of space for us all to hang out in one area, plenty of comfy bed options. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Loved being in the wood with all of the deer roaming, just so picturesque! There were lots of things in the area to do, we had a blast!

Great place so close to the mountain! Perfect for a ski weekend and Maria was super responsive with any questions all weekend!

Thomas has a great cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wood burning stove very much. The kitchen was pretty well stocked - could have more glassware and silverware. Our two biggest pain points were that the shower has low water pressure and bedroom windows without curtains. All in all though, this place was very charming and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had such a lovely time at Lenny’s cabin. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and area - it was everything we hoped for! We will absolutely be returning in the future, whether it be another winter getaway or an outdoor summer reprieve. The 3 of us cuddled up on the couch every night in front of the fire to watch a movie or play games. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, have some close family time and feel like nothing else matters, this is the place you want to stay!! It was quiet, peaceful and cozy. Although there’s neighbors in the surrounding area we didn’t see or hear a single other person and we felt like we were in our own little world. We ate at Mama Maria’s and Heartbreak Hotel and both places were beyond expectation! We had some sleds in our car and had a blast sledding down the small hill on the side of the house. I’ve rented many homes over the years and loved everything about this house! Felt like we stayed at a friends house. Super comfortable to lounge around in with warm decor, great vibes. Maybe ten cozy throw blankets to choose from. Well stocked kitchen! It’s rare to find an assortment of 20 spices on hand, quality cookware, SHARP KNIVES, four ways to make coffee, crock pot, good cutting boards, etc all with little wear and tear so it truly didn’t feel like a rental. We stayed on a cold and snowy holiday weekend and had an indoor fire burning around the clock. Such a class touch to have a wood carrier harness thing to make easy work of wood runs. Hot tub on a snowy night after a day of skiing was another highlight. Listening to records in their entirety was a new and enjoyable experience. You can also Bluetooth to that player and throw on a cozy playlist. Highly recommend this property

Gorgeous & amazing, would definitely return! Picturesque view, waking up to deer in the backyard every morning! Cannot believe how contemporary & modern they’ve made this little gem; owners have designed every square inch to perfection!

A beautiful cozy cabin to relax, unwind and chill out. Nice fireplace. Comfortable beds. Clean. Everything needed is there. Close to Woodstock, Phoenicia. Highly recommended!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

My family and I had a lovely time at Jon’s cabin. The cabin is so cozy and secluded yet 5 minutes or less from the main strip in Woodstock. The cabin has everything you’ll need for your stay and is decorated with Jon’s Grandfather’s artwork which was really cool to see. We would definitely recommend staying at Jon’s cabin, we felt right at home and would 100% stay again when back in the area. Jon is a wonderful host. Thank you for having us!

We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking equipment we needed—it made preparing meals so easy and enjoyable. The snowy weekend brought stunning scenery, and we loved just sitting by the windows, soaking in the beautiful views. The fireplace was a huge highlight! There was plenty of firewood and clear instructions to get it going, making for such cozy evenings. William was fantastic—super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. This stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend! 🌟

We stayed for a weekend ski trip to Belleayre Mountain, a quick 8 min drive. The home is just as described and was a comfortable stay. We relaxed by the fire during the evening and the kids enjoyed the outdoor space to play in the snow. Hosts are responsive and the home guide explains everything well.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Catherine and Diego’s modern cabin! The property is exactly as described—beautiful, cozy, and perfect for a group getaway, with charming wood paneling and all the comforts of home. The hot tub and stunning views of the snow-covered landscape were highlights, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a day out. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and proximity to skiing and other activities, and the hosts provided clear instructions for check-in, making the experience stress-free. We’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy escape in the mountains!

I stayed at Jim's cabin with 6 of my friends over Presidents Day weekend. it was perfect! the cabin is gorgeous, classic but modern. the heated floors, beautiful master suite with tub under the skylight, fireplace, game room, big dining table, large sectional couch - it met our needs (and wants!) with no complaints. the property is also lovely and we took a lot of nice snowy walks. we already are planning our next stay at Jim's. note for future winter guests: the driveway is a little scary in icey weather, but manageable with AWD.

Richard and Sheila were welcoming, responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. we were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend nearly enough time as we'd have liked to, but we can't wait to go back for a real vacation weekend there. for this trip, we wanted a quiet place to return to after the madness that comes with a close family wedding, and it's exactly what we got. the cabin is cozy, the view from the windows was beautiful, and the amenities provided in such a small space while still allowing it to feel somewhat rustic is remarkable. a wonderful retreat. would be an ideal place to go to get some writing or reading done by the creek, or if you just need a relaxing weekend. their "recommendations binder" for things in the area was well considered and thoughtful, and if you showed up here with no plan you'd have a great time just following their suggestions. we can't wait to return. if you're looking for a place to stay in the area and this is available, do not hesitate.

The cabin was cozy, well equipped & welcoming. Can’t say that I’ve ever slept on a more comfortable bed! The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The property was certainly private, expansive & peaceful…maybe a bit too quiet for a Bklyn girl! A but tricky to reach and phone & internet service disappear as soon as you walk out of the house. The hosts were exceptionally responsive & helpful.

Amazing place - perfect for romantic getaway just 2 hours from the city. The place is cute and has all things you need for a night in. They have the cutest alpacas and dogs, make sure to drop by their pen and say hi! The views, both at night and during the day, are amazing and we’d recommend carrying some firewood to light up a bonfire, a setup for which is, right outside the cabin. Cory and Sonia are amazing hosts. Our car got stuck in the snow in their driveway and they personally came and helped us get it out and also made sure to drop us back on the road in the morning. Amazing stay!

Jeff and Sharon are wonderful hosts. My son and I headed upstate to ski for a few days, and this cozy, lovely home was a perfect retreat. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and close enough to great restaurants and towns to explore easily. The fireplace is an excellent bonus and perfect for chilly winter nights. Besides being very easy to communicate with, Jeff and Sharon went above and beyond to help us out when our rental car's battery died. They immediately responded to my early morning emails and called around to find a tow service to come out and rescue us. Check-out was incredibly easy-- without a laundry list of tasks to do before leaving. This is a fantastic rental and Sharon and Jeff are amazing hosts. We will be back again!

We stayed here for a 3 day ski weekend with another couple with our kids and dogs. The location was perfect for skiing at Hunter. 5 minutes away from Hunter, 5 minutes away from the Tops supermarket. Not on a main road which was good for the dogs. The house itself had a nice ambiance, the wood burning fireplace stove in the living room was so nice. There were little touches that made the vibe very nice and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Victoria was very responsive and check in was very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Katie’s cabin is adorable and the perfect stay if you are looking for a cabin get-away. It is a very convenient location to Hunter Mountain. I loved my stay!!
