Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Ana Maria was very helpful with instructions and her place was super comfortable and clean. she's friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Her place was well furnished and left instructions on how to manage all electronics and to connect to wifi as well as local restaurants. I love that she made our stay so peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Barbara ‘s place is a listing I will remember! I felt right at home in her cozy apartment as she greeted me with lovely Mau Mau the cat. So many amenities! Snacks, cereals, yogurt, plenty of coffee pods for the keurig machine, bathroom also fully stocked … I only had to bring my toothbrush. The place was quiet, the bed comfortable and Mau Mau is a true gem. I will be back!

Kristi’s place is ideally located in the North End of Manhattan Beach, only a few blocks from the Strand (which we walked daily) and nearby multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is on the left hand side of the driveway (not in the garage) in front of the staircase going up to the unit. There is space for two other cars in the drive (as there are two other units in the building). The living room is a comfortable common area and the ensuite bathrooms provide some additional privacy when traveling with others (bathrooms are rather small but quite functional). Kitchen is very modern, clean, and well-stocked. One bedroom has a wall heater and portable space heaters (found below the TV) offer additional heat sources for the second bedroom and the living room as needed. Kristi’s place was very clean and quite charming and she was extremely accessible any time we had questions. We would definitely stay again and look forward to the opportunity.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. That was extremely responsive no matter what questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay, we will be back. Thanks again, Jason. It was a real pleasure.

I am staying with Pam for the second year. She is a wonderful host, and her place is perfectly located for me. The decor is notably curated. The space is ideal for me. I am quite satisfied with the place and with Pam!

I added 2 extra days that's how much I felt at home and so relaxed the location is PERFECT there's hiking shopping great Restaurants and so much more.. I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

I'd stay at Carlos' place again! It had everything I needed for a 10-night stay, and it was nice to find Eagle Rock has great places to eat close-by. I'd recommend walking to Cindy's diner for breakfast/lunch. If you're going to the beach often, I'd stay closer to the coast, but my business was in the valley and up in Angeles National Forest so the traffic was light compared to other areas in Central LA.

A very pleasant host and a more pleasant stay. I’d recommend it to everyone seeking a nice and cozy AirBnB in Santa Monica. The host was always helpful and friendly. A great host for a great stay. 10/10

I needed a calm peaceful place and this wonderful space did not disappoint.

It’s a spacious unit on the second floor of an apartment complex. Two king beds and two full bathroom coupled with a washer / dryer served great for our family of four. Just 2 mins to 101 makes it a great location.

Julia was the pinnacle of what a 'perfect' host should be. She was considerate, communicative, and very clear in her instructions. I've stayed at a variety of places around the world, and I'd argue she offers a world-class. I'd encourage anyone who might be interested in the area or this place to just book with her. You won't regret it!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

I was evacuated from my house and was honestly looking for anything, but this ended up being the perfect place to decompress and gather my sanity. Clean, comfortable, and private. It also helped to be super close to 2 of my favorite places to eat (Hugo's and India Sweets and Spices).
