Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Woodend

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

Wow, what a place. I loved the pics on Airbnb but it was even better in person. Our host Alan was a pleasure to deal with. The place was spotless! Like spotless. Such a lovely place to stay being a short distance from so many wonderful things to do. I highly recommend. Ty for having us.

Great modern house so close to lake perfect

Annie's place was absolutely wonderful! It feels like a home and has lots of little elements of luxury throughout! The place is located not far from town, in a quiet backstreet and lovely surrounding area with great amenities nearby! The house itself is divine - very open and lots of natural light! An absolute gem! It has everything you could need for a short or longer stay - with a well fitted kitchen and beautifully sharp knives for cooking! The whole house was just wonderful :) Annie was also an exemplary host who responded quickly and politely, and was very flexible with our requests for bedding arrangements and early check-in pending no other guests the night before. Annie is one of the best hosts I have experienced! I would recommend staying here to anyone! We will be back again :) Thank you Annie!

The home was very clean, beautifully presented, beds comfy, appliances etc all in working order. We loved the front door combination lock, no keys to worry about. The balcony views of Sunbury and the city in the distance are really cool. The location in Sunbury is really handy to shops and walking distance if preferred. We would definitely stay again,

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

My wife and I had an amazing stay in Prahran over the Australian Open weekend. The apartment was perfectly located, spotlessly clean and beautifully styled - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic for anyone who's never been on this side of town. Opposite the building is a beautiful lake, great for a walk after a big meal from one of the many surrounding restaurants. As for the place itself. A experience right from the moment you enter. Curtain walls. Beautiful kitchen, shower, bedroom and living area. A massive balcony to add. The spa worked beautifully. Admittedly couldn't not be used until the second day once it heated but woth the large TV in veiw of the whole appartment. We had to make leave to experience what all the local shops had to offer. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. A beautiful apartment with a massive balcony right in the heart of Melbourne. Walkable to so many museums and art galleries and off course wonderful cafes and restaurants. Try the I’m Free walks starting at the State Library, they give you an informative start to your Melbourne visit. If like me you end up in the Emergency room with an insect bite needing attention the St Vincent Hospital provides excellent care and is close by.

This place is as what Dr Fred published and more. The apartment itself is literally situated on the doorstep to the NGV! It is in a prime location to all the local Melbourne attractions and with the Supermarket nearby made everything super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed plus extra items for a toddler i.e high chair and games for kids which was very handy for us. For the price, just can’t beat it!

Whilst I never met the host I absolutely did not need to. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, no issues with the property or the description and the only issue we had was quickly corrected over text due to the fact they always replied quickly to text. Property itself was clean, tidy and had all of the equipment you would need. Location was spot on. Would absolutely book again!

We stayed one month at Jo Anne's and appreciated the welcome card and facilities. It was comforting to know that Jo responded very quickly to emails. Place was cozy and really nice. Location was the best, we walked outside and the tram station is right there with trams leaving every 5 min to the city. There is a woolies nearby which is good for supplies. Would recommend for couples or people going solo.

Very modern and luxurious apartment in secure, well located complex. Check-in was well coordinated with an informative tour of the amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. The internet provider interrupted service and the host was relentless in ensuring we got it back. Just be advised that as of December 23rd, the pool is closed indefinitely for leaks. Also, if the gym is a big decision point for you, you need to know that there will be a one-time fee and instruction that must be done before you are allowed to use it. Overall, we enjoyed the property and recommend!
