Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wolf Trap

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Schoolhouse property and definitely recommend it! It's perfectly located, super close to the area's amazing breweries, wineries, and hikes. The property was as advertised and was extremely cozy. Our favorite part was the walking paths throughout; it snowed quite a bit during our stay and walking the area was magical!

My family enjoyed the house. It was super nice and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed playing on the trampoline and felt safe playing outdoors. We all put puzzles together and watched movies in the enclosed porch. My only "difficulty" was that there were only 2 paper towels on the roll when we arrived and we couldn't find any in storage. I could've reached out to the owner but decided to just go and buy some. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely do it again!

The home was excellent. The hot tub and fire pits made our stay perfect. The 3 bedroom house accommodated me and my family perfectly from the games to the kitchen with fully stocked utensils. I will recommend this house and definitely will return for another stay.

Baljinder's house was exactly as described in the photos and information provided. Lots of space, clean, ample amenities, and great communication from the host. Easy self-check in. Great backyard area and near many places to eat and explore. I highly recommend staying at Baljinder's beautiful and cozy home in Bristow, VA!

This perfect for us and our two dogs. The host went beyond most places we had stayed at like having dogs bowls and treats, coffees and espresso machines, snow shovel and salt for the snow that came thru when we was there. This place looked better in person the furniture and decor was well thought out and the kitchen had updated appliances. The backyard for the dogs was great, there was generous amount of sitting from the deck to the ground floor. We really had a great stay

Cute cabin and not too far out from the city! Loved the privacy of the space and it looked exactly like the photos. Host was very communicative and responsive and amenities were accurate! A few minor “Cons”… 2 full bathrooms but one of them is inside the main room upstairs and the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close so you either have to hold it shut while using the bathroom or put the trash can to hold the door close. I wished the snow/ice was removed from walkways and outdoor amenities so we could enjoy them! We ended buying salt to put down for the walkway to the home as it was as we didn’t have the most balanced group lol. Would’ve definitely appreciated if they took care of that beforehand. There was a significant amount of dog hair on the living room rug which was bothersome for one of my friends who had allergies but we vacuumed which helped. Overall great place to stay and will keep this place on my list for future staycations 🤗

Loved staying at this place. Host went above and beyond to make us feel invited by leaving us some wine and Valentine's themed cupcakes. Loved the location because it was easy to get to and from the event we visited for. Would recommend for any trips in the National Harbor area.

Another delightful stay with Bo and Gillian. Perfect hosts; kind, helpful and responsive. Bo and their 2 kids helped us bring our stuff from the car to the apartment the snowy night we arrived! I love the art and decor so much. Bed is super comfortable. We slept very well. Our granddaughter enjoyed her time with us there too. We will be back. Highly recommend this special place. We have enjoyed getting to know Bo and Gillian. Thanks so much!!

Lily’s apartment worked out great for 2 couples. And the view towards the mall was nice! Lily was very proactive in contacting me and made for an easy check in. Our only complaint would be the kitchen could have used a few more amenities such as a couple more wine glasses and some sharper knives as we had a few snacks in the evening. But we really appreciated having coffee and fixings, laundry and dish soap, paper towels, etc, at our disposal! Otherwise the apartment was very nice, location was perfect, and Lily was a great host!

Hudson’s place exceeded our expectations. Quick two day trip to DC with family who’ve never been. Easy to find. On street parking pass. The apartment was well appointed. Everyone had their own space. Easy walk to delicious and diverse dining options. The walk to the metro was 10-15 minutes. Hudson was an excellent host. We plan on returning!

One of my favorite stays was at John’s place, where he truly made it feel like home. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, was incredibly peaceful and serene. I particularly enjoyed spending time by the koi pond; the vibrant fish added a soothing touch to the environment. Even when we lost power, it turned into a cozy experience. We lit candles, played games, and John provided extra flashlights. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the ambiance felt perfect, creating a warm, intimate setting that reminded me of home.

Hospitality was amazing. Rob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. Great location, easy to access public transportation. we felt very safe. Highly recommend.

I totally felt relaxed yet easily able to walk anywhere I wanted at the same time despite a rainy weekend

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Quiet river front home. Well appointed, comfortable. We were there during a snow storm so we didn’t get to take advantage of kayaking, but next time we will come back in warm weather so we can!

This was a beautiful cabin tucked away in a serene community. The cabin was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen utensils. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and fireplace. Every room served its purpose well and was extremely inviting. Our kids enjoyed the hammock and running around in the back yard without getting too close to the water. It felt safe, calm, and very homely. The internet connection was great! Whatever we forgot to bring for the kitchen was already there. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for being a wonderful host and so responsive. The property exceeded our expectations!

The cabin is beautiful, well-appointed, and in a quiet, peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing in the yard and the wonderful hot tub. Herry was a thoughtful and communicative host. We'd be delighted to stay here again on a future trip!

Great place for large group and families! Host was very easy to communicate with. Place was very clean and as described. Very large house for our group of 8 adults 4 kids and 1 dog perfectly. Lots of baby and toddler items including high chair, utensils, and toys made this a perfect place for families. Close to breweries and wineries which we enjoyed. Last but not least gorgeous view from the living room of the mountains!

We had a wonderful time staying at Robert's cozy cabin on the mountain! We used the wood burning stove inside, made a fire outside, and had a great time hiking and exploring the area. Our boys (4 and 6) loved the games, toys, and loft. We really appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with knives, utensils, bowls, etc for cooking. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying in Denny's home, and it was just as perfect as we remembered from our first visit. The home includes everything we needed, and is a great location for those visiting the Charles Town area. We would recommend this home to anyone ten times over. Thanks for having us...again!

Me and my Lady had a wonderful stay and our host Karen was very responsive and kind. She answered all my questions and due to the inclement weather she even gave me the option to reschedule. The Cabin was quiet, clean, comfortable and with my work schedule it was a much needed break. I would definitely come here again!
