Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Winter Haven

Place was nice and clean. Setup and space was just what we need . Area was very peaceful ,no dogs barking or cars going up and down street . I was surprised. I would stay again

We had wonderful time in the property. The pool was big and water was perfect. Yvonne was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely come back here!

Please don’t hesitate to book this beautiful villa. Davenport was so easy to get to all the parks and was peaceful to come back to. The whole place was so clean and the most comfortable beds. Games room was great for kids and adults with everything in great working order. Thomas was always quick at responding to any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here!! Only issue we had was with resort check in at the entrance where staff were very rude and also up at the club Where they were unfriendly and ultra strict!!

If there were 7 stars, I would clearly give them to Caridad. She is a great host, always ready to help and kind. The house is a 10, I don't think other houses in the area can compare, everything is super clean, almost new and in an excellent location, the pool is beautiful and the price is unbeatable, that's why the house is so in demand. Don't hesitate to stay at Caridad's house, you are guaranteed a quality, comfortable and safe vacation. Thank you, we look forward to returning soon. 🥰

We stayed here for a weekend to be close to a music festival. The stay was perfect and house was just as described. I found it relaxing to stay in a house that was so kid friendly. I would recommend the house to anyone traveling with kids. Jadé was a great host!

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

My family and I were in town for my daughter’s baby shower and we were already under a great deal of stress. Once we arrived, the home was everything that was described. The host was very responsive and that eased some of our anxiety . I would recommend this place. It was clean and with nice bathroom decor. The host was amazing. They respond to you very quickly and were very accommodating to us to let s stay and extra night.

Excellent place to stay in Lakeland, close to everything. Apartment was nice and cozy.

we stayed with Tanya's place to have a little break. I would say one best thing about this place is the location. We have a 5day plan for universal studio theme parks and her place is less than 15mins from the parks and like 7mins from downtown orlando. Tanya is very accomodating and easy to communicate. She tend to our needs and i extra appreciate that I can bring my furr family as this is a pet friendly place. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

We loved staying here! Was super easy to get to all local hot spots and felt safe by being a little secluded. Close to several stores and quick food delivery.

Ramon’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is private and the area feels safe. Very convenient location about a 20 minute drive from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The place was clean and cozy. Good size for 2 of us. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There’s no stove or dishwasher. Highly recommend for an affordable place to visit Orlando.

Great location! Close to some water and lots of cool places to walk to. Will definitely try to make it back again next year for more Tigers spring training!

Gladys place was peaceful, a close commute to everything and nice walk to the water. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt at home throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at Mickasita! Our kids enjoyed the Mickey decor and reading new bedtime books while we enjoyed how simple and homey it feels. Kurt and Elizabeth were very prompt in communication and their care regarding our check-in was much appreciated! We’ve stayed in the community before and really like how secure and quiet it is along with the close proximity to local stores and Disney. We had all the necessary accommodations and definitely recommend a stay at Mickasita!

I can't get over how beautiful this place is! Each room has its own Disney theme, and it's all really clean. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any questions. My family had such a blast that we’ll definitely be back when we visit Orlando again!

However, it is located a bit far from the parks, which might be inconvenient if you plan to visit them. Despite this, the cleanliness and overall condition of the place make it a comfortable stay."

We absolutely loved staying at the air bnb it was perfect for our family of 5! Kids loved the minion theme and all the activities and water park/pool! Highly recommend super close to all the parks and walmart! Will def come back again

Thanks to Maria and Andy for hosting a great 4-week vacation. Everything was as described and everything worked. It was clean. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked for all consumables. Legacy Dunes is a private, well maintained and quiet resort with great facilities. Lots of trees and ample room to walk. Close to everything. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
