Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Winona Lake

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting from out of town. David is a very kind and communicative host, and his listing is exactly as pictured in real life! The apartment is well appointed and very cozy, not to mention the incredibly warm and comfy bed. It snowed heavily during my stay, and to my surprise and delight, the walkway was shoveled and salted! I had a return trip planned to South Bend for another week and immediately rebooked this place. It’s a lovely unit at a price that’s hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved staying at Tina's place! All the little things made a big difference for me: Timely and clear communication, easy check-in, big spacious kitchen and living area, lights in the closets, places for hygiene amenities, great storage places, easy to get to, and quaint surroundings! It was so much better than a hotel!!!

The place has everything you would need in an Airbnb, the hosts are wonderful and very responsive. The location is great, only problem I had was the bell tower across the street that goes off every hour because I’m a very light sleeper. Otherwise it was perfect.

LaVera runs a very nice lodging and treats her guests with utmost respect. Our schedule seemed to be at odds with her availability so we really didn’t get a chance to meet face to face but we communicated through text and she was always very timely in her responses. Our rental was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very comfortable and cozy! We didn’t take time to cook or use the kitchen but it was well-stocked with pots, pans, etc! We would definitely love to stay again!

Barbara is very welcoming and very accommodating. The space was what we needed for a couple nights near Elkhart.

This unit was extremely clean and well setup. The hosts provided ample information to make our stay easy and eliminate the need to ask questions especially when it came to entering the property and check in. The landscape was beautiful and the home was so cozy. Suzanne and Dan were very kind and helpful — super nice people. My sister and I enjoyed our time and if we are ever back in this area we hope to stay here again!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

Truly a pleasure from booking to check-out. Everything was easy...which says a lot for this tech-challenged Mom. The house and accommodations were cozy and comfortable, cute and clean, and perfect for our needs. Great easy distance to Notre Dame. Sweet quiet safe well-kept neighborhood. Loved the special touches of some complimentary treats, and small touches like house lights turned for our late arrival. Would go back again!!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We have stayed here two years in a row for our annual sisters’ trip and plan to stay again next year. It’s clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s right in the center of the shopping and restaurants we like to visit. Great place to stay!

Quick to respond. Easy directions. House was clean, comfy and cozy. Fit our needs perfectly for the weekend!!! Highly recommend.

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Marilyn’s place was a great place to stay for a Notre Dame home football game. In terms of location, it’s quiet and secluded yet close to the action. And Ubers in South Bend are generally cheap. The house itself is great as well. It has a number of beds to accommodate larger groups, and the house is decked out in Notre Dame decorations. There’s also plenty of parking, making parking stress free. Marilyn was also a great host. She was timely and responsive, and she had simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions. My friends and I had a great time. Would recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

This is the second of Vik's property I've stayed in and it's just as beautiful/amazing as the first one. I always hate leaving. Great Location! Great Host! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars all around.

This home has been everything we needed from everything inside the house to the location of the house. Jacinda is very very responsive and very quickly as well! She is very nice and easy to talk to so that adds to making the process go smoothly! 😊🙏🏼 The home was spotless and beautifully decorated! From Checking in to checking out, it was all streamlined and easy! 11/10 would recommend to anyone I know needing a place in Fort Wayne, IN!👌🏼
