We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

We loved the location! My husband runs every day and it was so close to Zilker Park and its wonderful trail, he was able to start his run right from our driveway. Everything was as described and just what we needed. We would definitely return to this spot next time we visit Austin!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

It was a pleasure to stay there! Easy to get out in the middle of Austin! I lived in Austin for more than 26 years! I simply looked for a central location to stay because I know where to go!My pals and I stayed there for four days. Feels incredibly cozy and homely!

Jessica’s house was a fantastic visit! It was a reasonable distance from downtown Austin, so it was easy to get to places like sixth street and the domain! It was super quiet, easy to find and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend this listing to others and would love to book again if I visit Austin again! :)

The location is everything and the home is as cozy as it gets. The host has thought of anything and everything you could possibly need to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing experience. We really appreciated the organic coffee beans and grinder for our morning coffee and also the blackout curtains in each bedroom! The email communication was so thorough that I had no additional questions or needs throughout my stay! Thank you for a lovely stay in my most favorite city! We can’t wait to come back!

This stay was great for a family. I was traveling with my six year old niece and some other family members…Everyone had their own space and my niece was thrilled with the kids books and toys in the house! The location was great for us and where we needed to go - and only about 30 minutes from downtown. I definitely recommend a rental car as things are further away than they seem (target, restaurants, etc). At one point the internet stopped working and David was extremely responsive and proactive with getting it up and running for us again. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay for 10 days here. Property has a nice private garden, with furniture, to enjoy the warm evenings. Gated driveway, and property set back from road, felt secure and was quiet. The property itself is in good condition and well maintained. The central living area was perfect for relaxing after a full day. The kitchen was well kitted out and e appreciated the little extras which made us feel right at home. Bente was very helpful prior to our arrival and had some great recommendations for when we were there. She kept us up to date throughout the trip, so we knew where we could get support if needed. Bars and restaurants are a short walk away, and the centre of Austin a short cab ride. The area has a good vibe.

We were in town for the Austin International Half and couldn't have picked a better (and easier) location for the start line. It's also close to the Domain which was nice for walking around and good food. The townhouse was super comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for a great stay, and the beds were really comfortable (a bonus after some long miles! )

Best equipped AirBnB we’ve stayed at. Good furniture, linens and great kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. Nice TV and great enclosed yard for the dogs. Very comfortable stay.

Just like the pics. Host (Archer) very responsive. When one of the TV remotes stopped working the volume (NO sound) he came over and worked to fix it. We were leaving the next morning, so many hosts would just say "Sorry, can't get to that right now." The location was in a neighborhood (hilly neighborhood) but very close to highways for easy access to the rest of the city. A grocery, Dollar Tree, pizza place, Chinese, Wings and Mexican restaurants within 1/2 mile. Probably more I didn't see. The driveway is steep, but easy wide stairs are on each side. But not really workable for anyone with disability or difficulty walking. You could park at the end of the drive and use stairs-- but I found it better to back up the drive and have the car trunk next to the front gate. The front door is a four digit code entrance, which was great because no worry about losing a key. Any guests will never forget the code (you'll find out why when you book.)

This home is a beauty. It was perfect for our group of ten as everyone had their own space and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The home is stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home, especially in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the main floor with the living room and kitchen and there was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out. The location is also great. It’s within walking distance to a Walgreens, a Starbucks, and some solid food options. Although the home is surrounded by an urban environment, the space still felt private and quiet. There is street parking, and we were lucky enough to find open spots right in front of the residence. Dakota was a fantastic host. Always responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an ideal stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place was clean and spacious. Showers had great water pressure. Alll the soaps and lotions were good. A very pleasant experience overall.
