Michelle’s place was perfect for our group of 3 couples with children for our New Year’s Eve and 40th birthday celebrations. The location is right near the swimming pool and restaurant with plenty of parking outside. The house was beautifully decorated for Xmas and was equipped with everything we might need for a short stay. Michelle was very friendly and quick to respond and she provided all the required information in good time before our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

We really loved our stay, which we booked at short notice at the weekend, so were delighted that it was made possible. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful lake view house. Peaceful, felt secluded but not secluded. The house was to a clean and high standard finish with everything to get you started, and for a family with small kids the small things made such a difference, kitchen was fitted out to a high spec, beautiful fireplace for cold nights, games/books in the cupboard, garden furniture for sitting by the lake, plenty of towels for the pool (which we used every day)… thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we’ll be back :) Masuma & Tan

Beautiful house, in a stunning peaceful setting. Clean with all the necessary amenities. Our kids loved the games room with the pool tables - great for those rainy days! Would highly recommend the house.

Beautiful location, beautifully decorated, felt very at home. We decided to eat in rather than venture out and it had absolutely everything we needed. Ruth’s husband greeted us on arrival very friendly we had a great conversation about the local area along with recommendations for walks and restaurants near by. Would most definitely stay again.

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

We had an amazing two-night stay at Andy and Anne’s lakeside lodge —it was the perfect little getaway. The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the lake views was a dream, and we loved looking out over the deck in the mornings. The lodge itself was super cozy yet modern, with comfy beds and a great kitchen. The whole area was so quiet and peaceful with plenty of dining options in the area, and still close to Cirencester for a day out. Shame about the weather, but it didn’t spoil our stay. We’ll definitely be back soon! Hopefully sometime in the summer to make the most of the lake!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

We visted for a relaxing New Year break. This is a beautiful cottage in quiet surroundings with everything you might need for a short break. Super comfy beds, log burner and a well equipted kitchen with lots of information about local amenities etc. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as homely as possible and we were made to feel really welcome, even down to beautiful stollen and rocky road on our arrival! We visited the local restaurant within easy walking distance, and also trips to Bath and Stonehenge on our way to and from the trip. The rest of the time was spent relaxing and there are plenty of DVD's, books and games to keep you occupied. We did not use the outdoor space due to visiting in December but would definitely recommend Holly Cottage for anytime of year

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place with super friendly and helpful hosts - we loved it! And plan to come back for a little family holiday too. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and beautiful restaurants nearby in Cirencester. Thank you Alison and Jon for a lovely stay!

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The place was warm and comfortable, definitely worth the price. The hot tub was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a long day! Also, everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with two of my friends for 5 days for a little writing retreat over New Years. Absolutely gorgeous cottage, even lovelier than in the pictures! The whole experience was wonderful- here are a few details that made it even better: - the kitchen is amazing; great counter space for cooking - there's a herb garden in the front garden with rosemary, sage, thyme, and bay leaves - very comfy sofa (we spent most of our time here hanging out, reading, and writing) - when it's not cloudy at night, you can see the stars! - Clare left out a very thorough binder with instructions and tips about the house, plus recommendations for nearby places to go - there's a very cute place nearby called The Workshop Cafe & Lifestyle shop that does excellent hot chocolates Would gladly come back here again :)

We stayed over Christmas and visited a different place every day. All the usual destinations in reasonable driving distance: Oxford, Bampton, Lacock, Cirencester, Bristol/Clifton. About 1 hour 20 from Heathrow. London Paddington to Swindon every ten minutes by train.

The house was perfect of three families for a weekend. Lovely house with good social spaces. Nice places to walk nearby and a lovely pub a minutes walk away. Hope to go back in the summer!

Really good house was quick with all of his replies when we had any questions. And the Airbnb was in a great location and easy walking distance into town and was perfect for our weekend away

I stayed at Chris’s for a weekend with my husband, son and dog and had a great time. Chris was super helpful from the time we booked and provided lots of helpful recommendations so I could book restaurants etc in advance. The house was warm and cosy we when arrived, with supplies in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch as we arrived late at night. Everything was spotlessly clean and the house is well equipped with all you need for your stay. Chris let us have a slightly later checkout on our last day which was great as we had a little lie in after my husband’s birthday. We had our car so there was no issue in getting around but am not sure how easy that would be on public transport. It was a very quick drive into Bath though. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We have only been home a few hours and already miss The Mill House. It was the perfect setting for a short break with extended family. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and was very well equipped. The rooms are even bigger than they look in the pictures and the master bedroom really has the wow factor. We wanted for nothing and really appreciated all the little touches like providing lovely bath products for us to use. The grounds are very picturesque and the kids adored exploring even in the rain! Thanks so much Jennifer. We will be back one day to enjoy the grounds in the summer!
