The apartment was very cozy and perfectly furnished. The stove in the living room was awesome.

Everything is top-notch! Matthias is an excellent host, the apartment is in a great location, with parking, plenty of walking paths, and a nearby river tram. This was our second time staying here, and we’ll be happy to come back again in the future.

Our stay with Wilhelm was very nice, the apartment is very clean and we immediately felt at home. The tram takes you to the city center relatively quickly and there are numerous connections. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest stop. The surroundings are very quiet and communication went smoothly. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the accommodation!

Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We simply felt completely comfortable and highly recommend it!

The apartment is very cozy and the house is idyllically located. Highly recommended for long hikes or relaxing days.

It was a cozy apartment.The rooms are spacious and clean.I had to call to check in, so I was able to talk in poor English.Access from Dresden Central Station was also good.

The apartment was sparkling clean and there is everything you need in an apartment. Location is very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The couch in the living room could be a little bigger to watch a movie comfortably for two in the evening. The bridge that will lead to the accommodation is not for lowered cars and is super careful to drive on, otherwise you will be put on. But there is also parking across the street. We will definitely come back !

The stay was very relaxing. Just switch off without internet deflection :) Very clean accommodation and you have everything you need. The host was very friendly and gave us good excursion tips for babies. There was even live music :D I would be happy to come back.

There were two of us in the accommodation with our dog. The apartment is totally cozily furnished, everything necessary is on site, a small balcony overlooking the river and a supermarket is within walking distance. We felt really comfortable. A guest book gives you a lot of tips for the area, whether it's excursions or restaurants. The communication was easy, you got a quick response to a question. The key handover was uncomplicated because all the information about the online guest book was provided. The place is definitely recommendable. 😇

There were only two of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable with so much space. The kitchen is super equipped and modern. The bathroom is functional and the shower works great. The beds were comfortable. The location is super central and at the same time quiet. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful old building. The floors could have been a little cleaner but otherwise everything was tip top and I would come back there.

Parking is the only issue so best park before 4pm and take taxis or walk to enjoy evenings out

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking space on the opposite side of the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this small, cute apartment! It was just as pictured – very clean and cozy. The outdoor area was well maintained and simply fantastically beautiful. Particularly pleasant was the possibility of getting drinks at a reasonable price at the reception. Clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back😇

We had a wonderful time in the modern and cozily furnished apartment. Heiko welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us a great tip for an activity: Blockhausen, really highly recommended ;-) We felt very comfortable at the place and can highly recommend it. The great wellness area rounded off the feel-good weekend. We will definitely come back :-)

We felt completely comfortable, enjoyed the spacious space and used the sauna off. Beds are very comfortable with good mattresses. Really recommended and we will be happy to come back, with children or without.
