The house is beautifully decorated with every detail thoughtfully planned. The views of Lake Sarnersee and the surrounding snow-capped mountains from the kitchen, chillout room, and balcony are like something out of a fairytale — truly the highlight of our 10-day trip to Switzerland. Roland is an outstanding host. He welcomed us personally, shared great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even came to say goodbye with genuine warmth. The projector in the chillout room turned our evenings into magical home theater nights with a view! Every appliance and item you could think of was available. We had a wonderful time at Zio's apartment. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and amenities of this lovely place. Zio was responsive and accommodating, and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. we would definitely recommend this stay and consider returning in the future.

We had a great stay at Peter’s flat. It had everything we needed and the location was beautiful. Very close to the lake and perfect for a picnic by the lake or some water activities. The ceiling is not very high, so just something to bear in mind when you’re tall.

Very nicely located farm slightly above Lyss with direct forest and hiking trail connection. Otherwise very quiet, as you do not hear the highway or road. The room is right next to the entrance, which, with further occupancy of the other rooms, certainly offers less privacy than we were allowed to enjoy. The kitchen is very well equipped and described. There are tips and instructions everywhere so you can find your way around easily. Thanks to Larissa & Damian

Pascale is like her apartment , perfect , deeply kind and the apartment is beautiful , quiet is really functional , to all future tenants , do not hesitate for a moment about your choice, Pascale and her apartment is the solution you are looking for , you can rent with your eyes closed and I recommend her + ++ , I understand that she is a great host because she deserves a lot more , if she takes the time to read this review then me and my wife Danièle we kiss her very hard and we say thank you again for this wonderful stay

Marcel was super kind before, during and after the stay. The apartment has a spectacular view of Samersee Lake! The apartment has all the comforts one needs to have a good time!

We spent a few days with four of us (all adults) in the great apartment, respectively house. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the start. Everything was straightforward and warm. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant. Lots of space and tranquility around the house. Glad to come back :-)

We rented this villa because we wanted to go see the Avenches carnival and the villa is close to it (8 minutes by car) and it allows pets which was convenient for us because we had our dog with us. Our host was very responsive to our questions and very friendly! We were able to take a short walk with our dog around the area.
