Large, charming home. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities. Clean and scented linens. Comfortable beds, including a couch. There were towels for all guests, a dryer, a sponge and dish soap in the kitchen, as well as a cloth for the countertops.

i recommend with a clear conscience , a mega friendly property , everything as described , contact with the host a great , daily place to rest i also recommend the food from Mrs. Halinki, mega good and portions not to be eaten :) and, of course, Gosia is responsible for welcoming guests , cleanliness , hot tub service, and probably a million other responsibilities , a super friendly woman, every step of the way , Highly recommend !!!

Small beautiful semi-detached house

We stayed for 8 nights at the end of July 2024. Me, my wife and three-year-old son had a great time in a hospitable spacious and nice house. We also had guests come to visit us for a few days: Dad and sister, and we all settled in the house very well, and there were five of us. A very large fenced area, I was not afraid that my son could run away somewhere. Lots of entertainment for a child - a playground, a slide, a sandbox, a swing, a football goal, a volleyball court, two trampolines for jumping, a barbecue and cozy tables, a very very huge area. And there were also live rabbits))). My son was very fond of looking at them and playing with them. The hostess of the house was very friendly and immediately helped us on all the issues that we had. Thank you very much, we will definitely come again!

This is a beautiful house in the woods, very quiet and ideal for acozy getaway. It's close to towns and villages and 30 minute walk to the nearest village. We had everything we needed, and the woodburner and kitchen stove made the place very inviting. Especially loved the candles and coziness, and the welcome Christmas gift, thank you.

Beautiful Holidays, nice spacious house with pool, hot tub . Comfortable rooms , living room with large table for family and group celebration. Fully equipped kitchen. The area around is very attractive for various needs, forests, a river, ponds , where you can fish and take idyllic moments. Fire pit, hiking, bike tours. You can play volleyball on the property, there is a table tennis table and a Finnish sauna. Very kind and helpful host. Sielly angelic.

Cottage on the Warta - Landscape Park

Mr. Jarek and Mrs. Barbara are lovely people who have given us a lot of tips and information about the neighborhood and its experiences. The cottage is located in an area surrounded by forest. It's quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautifully decorated and kept in great condition. Breakfasts outside in such a setting were what we dreamed of. After exiting through the back gate and a three-minute walk, you can admire Warta in all its glory. The stay was definitely made more attractive by the available bikes, which allowed you to quickly get around without a car. There is a great restaurant near the cottage, and there is also an Italian restaurant in Konopnica itself. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, listen to the birds singing, spit in Warta, or kayak it!

Had a great stay at this studio! Place is centrally located, clean and well-maintained. Main points - kitchen with all the utensils, comfortable bed, bath-tube, small balcony. You also get access to a fenced parking right in front of the window, which was quite convenient.
