Lisa and Gavin are very nice people. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family and ensure my dad could be comfortable. This is a very nice place to stay and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. Me, my partner and dog felt right at home there was food and water bowls provided for our dog, towels provided for us, it was like home from home so cozy and so well decorated! We will definitely be returning when the weather gets nicer to enjoy the beach’s Thank you so much for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Julie was so helpful and really went the extra mile to welcome us and make us feel right at home. Despite the cold weather, we didn’t feel it thanks to lots of extra blankets and clear instructions on how to operate the heating if we needed it. It was so easy to find thanks to really clear instructions and she checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. It was a lovely surprise to find the caravan decorated for Christmas too! We loved our stay and this caravan really made the trip perfect. I can’t recommend this caravan enough! This is the place for you if you’re looking for a lovely home from home in the north east. A really enjoyable couple of days away in a beautiful glamping pod. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The welcome basket was a lovely touch

We stayed as a suprise for my husbands birthday 28th December. He loves hot tub breaks away so I saw this and thought it was perfect. I used to work at seaham spa and always wanted to re visit the area. We would defo revisit. Our kids loved the games room and the extra treats of popcorn and sweets. It was a fabulous location for walking to the beach. We went for evening meal at the crows nest pub which is doggy friendly, so we took our Tobywith us. Food was good pub grub and a bonus bingo was on at 7pm and I won a bottle of wine. All around fab visit we didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much xx

Fantastic few days away at Angela's caravan. lovely spot on the site. Check in was quick and easy and Angela was always at the end of the phone if needed. Clean and comfortable caravan with everything and more that we needed. We look forward to coming back! Thank you again ❤️

Beautiful cabin to escape between Christmas and new year! Lodge was perfect, well equipped and set up for a family of four! Lovely views from the hot tub, and the kids loved the visits from the swans! We even spotted a kingfisher! Good location to visit some of the beaches and castles around Northumberland. Had a meal in the restaurant which was good and the kids enjoyed using the arcade area. Diane is great with communication and very friendly - thank you!! Would certainly stay again - and the kids would in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic flat in a great location. It was much bigger than it looked in the photos which was a great surprise. Super easy check in and Antonio was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at The Great Escape. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Quiet, Clean and homely. Alan was a great host giving good instructions on how to find the lodge and offering an extra night half price as it was available, a very appreciated later check out time too. The hot tub was fab! Will recommend to friends and if we are ever in the area, we would definitely come back.
