A lovely apartment within walking distance from Fistral and Newquay town centre. Modern and spacious accommodation with an excellent host.

Such a lovely short stay with gorgeous views and lovely people. The place had everything we needed and was very neat and organised as well as having a lovely homely feeling.

Had a brilliant new year break at Helens apartments, the whole apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed, the lovely open plan kitchen diner living room with large sofa and chairs was perfect for our two small families to gather, had lots of really good information from Helen about the area, which was very helpful. Everything is right on your doorstep nice short and long walks, shops, pubs and restaurants the car didn't leave the car park. I would highly recommend the apartment and am looking to return ourselves for another stay.

Beautiful immaculate apartment with amazing views. Vibrant location with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops open even between Christmas and New Year. It was easy to get into the apartment and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

A fantastic apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and village amenities. We’ll certainly look to stay here again when we are visiting Woolacombe.

Lovely place to stay,nice and clean with everything you needed was provided, we parked the car and did not drive again until we came home as all you need is within walking distance.

Such a lovely place!! Quite hard to get around if you don’t have a car but the walks come with amazing views. We ate at a few places in town and the food was amazing and the people were so nice, will definitely think about visiting again in the summer. The actual villa was exactly like the picture and it was so clean and organised. Colin was a lovely host and provided us with amenities that we did not expect but we were so grateful for.

A cosy, homely apartment right next to the beach. It had everything we needed and was within easy walking distance of the town. I’m sure the parking space would be invaluable in summer! Liz herself was responsive and flexible, a great host.

Arrived on Monday early and allowed to get in before the set time, beautiful house, warm (perfect to come into ) and spacious rooms with some nice touches to start the week. Weather got better and the location was perfect to either have a winters break having tea on the outside chairs overlooking the beach or for when you want to get the sand between your toes and it takes no more than a minute. Kitchen was really easy to use as you wanted, facilities were spot on and the Rayburn was something else to not only help heat the house but dried all your clothes overnight as well. Log/coal fire was also on hand when it got dark and you wanted to watch the lights come on in the town and hear the waves come in. Thoroughly recommend anyone/a family to stay there at any time of the year

Wow! What a gorgeous house! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The kitchen / living area is a beautiful space, well equipped and very relaxing to spend time in. The bedrooms are so stylish and beds very comfortable. A real luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. Handy to have a hot water outside shower and large shed to store wetsuits and boards etc. A very short walk down to the beautiful beach. Can highly recommend the surf school - great instructors. Loads of eating places a few minutes walk away. We especially enjoyed Catch, also great pizzas from the pizza place. The cafe at the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa was also fabulous. Great to visit nearby Padstow and Port Isaac and a great walk to Bedruthan Steps from the National Trust car park. Jax and Simon’s home is a perfect place to spend a week in Mawgan Porth and we would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. Vicky is a super host, and we celebrated our daughter’s 21st over Chris. Would book again.xx

We had a lovely time at Oceans Edge! The home was presented immaculately, with everything we could have thought of, catered for. A stunning location, which was well worth the slightly challenging access and manoeuvrings onto the drive! If only we had booked for longer! Thank you. Simon & Cheryl

Lovely house in a great location. Host was brilliant and helpful. Even had the log burner ready to go so we just had to put a light to it. Which was very welcome with a red weather warning! Ping pong table in the garage was an extra plus. We all had a lovely stay. Would Definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Newquay. Off street parking and great family space inside with the option of toddler/ baby bed. Great instructions from the host. Overall lovely and would stay again.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!

We only stayed for one night but had great weekend. The apartment is perfectly located right in the middle of town and the parking space just down the road was so convenient. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped and the bed was so comfy!

Second time staying at Emily’s lovely apartment. Superbly located, see views and really quiet. Great to be able to walk to the seafront in minutes. We will be back next year!

Daniel’s apartment is in the perfect location, it’s walking distance to Fistral beach and Newquay town. The apartment is modern and has absolutely everything you could possibly need including a washer/ dryer! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, it is so well presented, immaculate and has a cosy feel. The views are amazing on both balcony’s and the apartment is a fantastic size to sleep four people. Daniel’s communication was outstanding from the time of booking and throughout our stay and I cannot recommend him enough! We are very familiar with Newquay, we visit often and we won’t hesitate to stay at Daniel’s apartment again. Thank you so much 🙏🤩 ☺️

Fantastic little apartment; ideal for two. We had a three night stay here & found it so comfortable as well as being stylish & well maintained. It's a bit special & was a pleasure to stay here. Alex & Arlene are perfect hosts - professional, honest and reliable. They clearly love their apartment & want others to enjoy it too. The views from the lounge are spectacular. Great to wake up to & to come back to after a day out. The small kitchen is modern & has everything needed. (Thanks for the treats left for us). We ate out twice but had one night in with the obligatory Cornish pasty & a bottle of wine of course! The flat opens straight into the bedroom. A comfy bed & plenty of hanging & storage place plus a full length mirror (hooray). Good shower and bathroom. Not a great deal in Newquay this time of year, but we went for the walks, plus visited Padstow. A perfect way to unwind, enjoy the fresh air and amazing scenery. We'd highly recommend & found the price extremely reasonable.

We had a lovely stay at Tracey's Woolacombe apartment. The location is fantastic with superb views of the bay, and close by the beach, village shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within a few minute's walk, we parked our car in the allocated space when we arrived and didn't move it again until we checked out. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five. Tracey is a really good host, would definitely consider staying again.

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))
