Waterfront vacation rentals in Whitstable

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. Thank you Chris for the excellent information.

We stayed in Margate for New Years. The Well was a great spot, great location to walk into town. Really comfy and homely. Hannah helped us out within 30 minutes when we needed some advice. Great stay!!

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

Fantastic little top floor apartment with amazing views of the sea front. Cosy little kitchen/lounge area with comfortable furniture. Bed was just as comfortable. Perfect location to relax along the front or a short walk to the centre of town. Very helpful hosts who allowed me to check-in early. Can't fault at all, would definitely recommend.

Went above and beyond to facilitate our booking which was last minute due to local family illness. Brett was a star throughout - extremely helpful and just a lovely individual too. Visit Ramsgate Tunnels - disclaimer my sister is the General Manager - but its wonderful history that lies under the accommodation.

Comfortable apartment with wonderful views… just as photos. Location is perfect for walking around Margate, especially convenient for the old town and new galleries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Such a wonderful, comfortable, cosy stay! I wish I could have stayed weeks longer just reading all the books while relaxing on the comfortable sofa and watching the sea and sky beautifully changing through the day! The whole flat was very warm, cosy and comfortable and a wonderful place to relax after busy days. It was also immaculately clean and extremely well equipped for cooking, laundry and other practical tasks during a week long stay! My elderly aunt was staying with me and appreciated level easy access to the bathroom from the single bedroom, as well as a variety of heights and types of chairs depending on how the joints were behaving in the sea winds! Thank you for a fantastic stay and I do hope to return in the not too distant future!

Despite an initial miscommunication about checking in, Eleanor & the flat were perfect. The flat was spotlessly clean & had everything you’d need from olive oil to needle & thread to books to read. The shower was powerful, the views were wonderful overlooking the sea, the bed was quite comfortable, the place is very cosy, warm & very stylish with beautiful prints on the walls. Eleanor was so informative on the local area & very helpful with any questions concerning the flat. I’ll be back!!!

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic well equipped house well suited for our pre Christmas family get together. The bedrooms are stunning and the ground floor worked brilliantly for 9 of us of all ages. The garden is private and peaceful, and the seafront is a couple of minutes away. Perfect!

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!

This was a last minute booking due to another place nearby falling through. Perfect place for the family to stay over for a weeding nearby at Solton Manor. Went out for dinner at Deal pier which was fantastic and a recommendation, plus breakfast at the goose 2 doors down the road, again excellent. Got 2 cars on the drive, just as its tight but possible, others parked in roads close by which are free, not the road out front. Free EV charge as a bonus too:).Great place and we had basement room as had 7yr old too, wife loved the roll top bath in the room and nice and dark for sleeping. Sofa bed does really restrict getting to the toilet/sink/bath though. Upstairs rooms all good but they suffered slightly from sunlight and/or road noise and had windows open as also quite hot, maybe the alcohol consumed didn't help either:)All in very happy and I will be moving to Walmer/Deal in retirement, see you then x

Outstanding. Wonderful location, fabulous and spacious cottage, fantastic pub nearby and a very professional and supportive host. Will definitely stay again and very highly recommend it to anyobe thinking of staying by the sea in Kent.

Absolutely stunning place, better than expected by far. Photos didn’t do it justice and very clean with lots of home comforts. Maxine was great with recommendations for local restaurants and communication was brilliant. Especially when I had a moment when I thought we’d have to cancel. I got the time wrong for check out but the cleaner was understanding while we finished up our packing. Location was great, we went to the Ocean Beach and had a lovely meal and staff were really friendly.

Cosy modern and homely right on the coastal walking path. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Nic is a great host, left excellent instructions, is friendly and shared her beautifully decorated space with us.

Sue's apartment was perfect for our weekend in Kent. Perfectly clean, feels brand new and very well equipped. 3 adults and 1 child were very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Sue was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Melody was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Melody prepared for our arrival and provided milk and coffee and the apartment was very cosy when we arrived on a foggy cold day. 10 mins walk to the town so situated very well. I would not hesitate to stay again and plan a trip in the summer as the apartment is close to the beach.

The apartment has a lovely view of the sea. We very much liked the design and location and look forward to our next visit to Margate.

A very central flat with sea view, 10 mins walk from station. Warm, clean and comfortable. A host of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We went in January and Margate isn't fully open for business until Spring but still plenty of places to eat and drink. lots of microbreweries. Lafayette’s opposite very nice and inclusive bistro .

Really lovely clean space right on the water front. It could do with a bit of a refresh paint wise but it really didn't affect the overall great feel of the place. Accessing the building was extremely easy with the codes etc and we found everything we needed in the place, there is also a convenience shop right next door for all your basics like bread and milk etc. We stayed in Winter, I expect it would be even more amazing in the summer season. Would 100% stay again.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!
