Amazingly spacious apartment. Fabulous Master bedroom with a great view. The bed was a super king with a quality mattress & we slept so well. Very well stocked kitchen & living room with all you need for a stay. Had a lovely weekend.

Excellent Location, around a 7 minute walk to the centre. Great Parking. Room was easy to find. Very clean on arrival. Was beautifully decorated and well looked after. Had all the amenities that were required. The host was easy to get hold of. Would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed from 20th to 24th January 2025 and Seabreeze was exactly how Samantha had described and more. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, with every requirement necessary available to use. This accommodation is really home from home. We would be happy to recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Bridlington at any time of year

Lovely space and pleasant and responsive hosts. The flat is in a brilliant location with two pubs within a stone's throw as well as some nice restaurants and the harbour. The Lookout is a quaint and cosy top floor apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

David is a great host and was very helpful and informative. The property has lots of history and has been converted into a lovely home, it’s location is amazing with beautiful views and surroundings, however our visit was mid January and on the morning after we arrived it had rained during the night which had then frozen, this made it difficult to walk back up the hill, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Staithes there are lots of beautiful walks, the Cod and Lobster Pub is definitely worth a visit with great food and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Old Boiler House to stay in. Thank you. Tony & Kirsty.

Really nice place in the centre of town next to the river, but far enough away from the main roads to be peaceful. Walk to everywhere. Big enough for our family of 6 with parking near the house included. Maria was really helpful with clear instructions and calling me when I needed to move the van when the road it was parked on was predicted to flood (alternative parking also included in the original cost). I would come here again.

We had a lovely stay in monkeypowder. We loved the layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living area on the ground floor. The living room has great sea views and an area to sit and lookout. There is a huge comfortable sofa and great wallpaper of a view of Scarborough. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and a great space to enjoy a meal together. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a modern ensuite. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we loved the quirky furniture. Free parking was a bonus and a great location to explore Scarborough.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arches . Both host were very accommodating and easy to reach. They even put up Xmas decorations for us as our stay was over Christmas. So that made our children very happy. Surroundings were beautiful. And very pet friendly . Very pleasant stay 💜

This is an outstanding flat in a perfect location overlooking Hartlepool Marina, the balcony from the living room makes it a perfect place to be (weather permitting as I visited in January). The flat is clean, comfortable, very quiet, well equipped kitchen and a great location with lots within a few mins walk including multiple restaurants. A great find!

We had a lovely stay in York at Karen’s place! It was ideally located so close to everything. The flat was lovely and really perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend for exploring York. The milk / tea / coffee was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful view! We loved watching the sunrise over the sea on both mornings of our weekend stay. Jack was very helpful and gave us clear parking instructions before we arrived. The apartment is in an enviable position on the south beach of Bridlington, beautiful views and close to great bars and restaurants. We had a lovely walk to Sewerby to visit the Ship Inn and see the deer, before going for delicious tapas at Manchot and then back to the apartment to relax for the evening. Jacks apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Our stay at Jelles place was absolutely perfect. Great location with a beautiful river view and a short walk into the town centre, yet just far enough away to avoid any noisy antics on the weekend nights! Carol, the co-host, was looking after us whilst Jelle was on holiday during our visit and she did not disappoint, very responsive, helpful and friendly. She even gave us a heads up of potential flood warnings to save our car from being underwater! It didn't flood in the end however we appreciated it nonetheless. Can't fault the accommodation, the rooms were beautiful and well kept and had everything we could possible need for a fantastic stay. Would definitely book again if we return to York for another trip and definitely recommend this place, 10/10!

We had a really enjoyable stay… the apartment was spotless, contemporary and luxuriously furnished. Bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very peaceful with only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of York and all its attractions. Nick was particularly helpful on which restaurant would be more suitable for my wife’s birthday. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.
