Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Whanganui

This home is excellent for a stay in Bulls. It's comfortable and clean, and only a short walk from shops and the pub. Karen has paid close attention to little extras that make you feel really welcomed. Highly recommended.

Had a very comfortable stay. All the bedrooms were large and plenty of living space to spread out. Private with a lovely garden in the nicest part of town.

The cottage was a fabulous relaxing space and the Spa was a treat. Everything was thought of and the beds were comfortable. The towels were Devine, very luxurious… it’s very private and quiet and I was able to unwind. The fireplace is perfect… All up it was perfect. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you 🙏

Thanks for the stay at your himitangi beach house. We enjoyed a great weekend there with extended family. it was perfect for different family sleeping arrangements. A bit strange with 2 kitchens, but it worked out well and we had a wonderful time spent together. Thank you for opening your home to us.

A great place for friends to spend time together. A gorgeous historically authentic house with plenty of space for everyone to be together, or, to go off to one of many nooks and chill out. Very caring responsive hosts.

This place is heavenly - there such a welcoming and easy vibe about the whole house. Lots of space/ nooks if you're going in a big group with kids, or a smaller group of introverts. The view is stunning, very quick walk to the beach- you can't help but breathe a little more peacefully here.

A very quiet and pieceful airbnb, pefect to get a real beautysleep. Mikaela and Andrew are lovely hosts and their airbnb is cozy. You'll need a car to get into town or do groceries. Therefore, you've got peace and quiet away from the loud cities. We'd come back!

We had a lovely stay. The homestead is in the process of being renovated but it still had everything we needed. The house is large, and with the cottage as well, suited our group of two families. The gardens are large and the setting is lovely - you feel a million miles from anywhere in a good way. Philippa was incredibly responsive, and addressed all our queries, especially regarding the pool.

What an incredible place! Amazing views, awesome section and bring your bikes, our kids biked around the place all the time. Three sides of the house have rain cover so even when raining there was great indoor outdoor flow. The house itself is massive, lots of space for lots of people and quiet bedrooms. My favourite was the brazier that you could sit and enjoy in the sun or rain with an beautiful scene behind it. Perfect

Great stay in a sunny warm home with a lovely back garden looking out to a farm. The area is quiet and only a few minutes from the city centre by car. Communication was excellent.
