We loved our stay here 😊. The apartment was huge!! Much bigger than it looked and in a great location within walking distance to shops/restaurants the beach and Mount. Beds were very comfy and the decor was beautiful 🙌. Would def stay here again. Nice big balcony with outside furniture too.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The relaxing garden area was perfect for my morning worship and coffee. The property is close to the ocean allowing for a nice walk by the ocean if you are walkers or runner. There is nice bakery/coffee shop steps away that provides a opportunity to meet some the locals. John and Wendy are great host. They created a property that is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was so comfortable that we felt we were returning home after our daily ventures. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for quiet a spot with great hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Nigel's apartment. It had everything we needed to make dinner, a comfortable bed and a pleasant little terrace. Nigel was friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a beautiful area.

David’s accommodation was excellent! Just like the photos. It was so near the bustling town and so much to do! I would be so happy to stay there again when coming to New Zealand from Colorado!

Stayed here with my family (including my toddler) and had amazing time. The home is spacious, spotless and very beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities for a lovely stay. Shelley is an excellent host - responsive, friendly and thoughtful. She provided great local recommendations and made check in and check out seamless. Definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rotorua.

Great accomodation, had everything we needed and more! Only a 10 min drive to the city and in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were very accommodating with last minute change. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to live in while we explored Rotorua. It is convenient to visit both MTB locations from, it is homely and it suited our family of four with good cooking facilities and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

It was a great stay. Comfortable house with everything provided

We went for a 2 days short stay with family. The location was great. House was clean & tidy. It is quiet and easy access to Rotorua's attractions. Kids & Adults like the Spa Pool, and enjoyed the large TV in living room too. The only concern is the driveway is quite narrow and will need to reverse all the way in or out.

Sienna's place was very suitable for three of us and she was most obliging & responsive. The location was great with many of Mount Maunganui's facilities within walking distance. The only minor criticism I would have was that the bedrooms were quite small and one of them had no access to any real storage in it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beachfront, close to restaurants and shops and a great place to stay. Has everything you need to enjoy your time at the Mount.

Batbara is an excellent host who goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome and at home. The place is lovely. It's comfortable will everything you need and more. We would happily visit again.

Char made it easy to check in early, appreciating how tired our kids were after our flight. Lovely wide hallway, and large living space. No teeny tiny apartment here.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quite but not to far from anything. Loved my stay there
