Such a fabulous spot. I have stayed in AirBnBs all over the world... this is number 48, and it is absolutely one of the best. Stu is a terrific host, very responsive and friendly, the house was amazing... beautiful and serene, tastefully decorated and a fabulous kitchen... and the surrounding area is simply beautiful.

Fantastic place to stay, right in an Avocado Orchard with nature all around, yet close to town and amenities, super lovely spot.

Peaceful location on the lakefront, comfortable beds , loved the bifold windows at the front which allowed us to really appreciate the view. Host is lovely and lots of little touches such as cold water, simple breakfast, coffee machine made our stay wonderful.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The relaxing garden area was perfect for my morning worship and coffee. The property is close to the ocean allowing for a nice walk by the ocean if you are walkers or runner. There is nice bakery/coffee shop steps away that provides a opportunity to meet some the locals. John and Wendy are great host. They created a property that is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was so comfortable that we felt we were returning home after our daily ventures. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for quiet a spot with great hosts.

Our stay at Robyn's place was truly delightful! She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The house was cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views to enjoy throughout our visit. The fresh avocados from her farm were such a thoughtful and special touch. I highly recommend her place to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

David’s accommodation was excellent! Just like the photos. It was so near the bustling town and so much to do! I would be so happy to stay there again when coming to New Zealand from Colorado!

Beautiful home. House was spotless and pool was clean as well. Alison was very responsive and replied to messages quickly. When I asked her if I could invite guests she was very accommodating. TV is quite small though so this stay is suitable for people who prefer to spend time outside or the pool table is also a great activity. Bed is very comfortable and bunks are huge.

Lovely, comfortable little house, had everything that we needed. Just across the road from the beach.

After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

Had an amazing stay over New Years, we loved the outdoor deck area and the homely feel. Great location, close to the town centres with lots of things to do. Rachel was an excellent host, great communication and super friendly! Would highly recommend :)

Great spot for visiting Maunganui and surrounding areas. Very clean and well presented. Great off road parking, lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Nice rear garden for enjoying a quiet evening. The beach is only a very short walk away. Thanks Chris for being a great host.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Less than a 5 minute drive to Baypark Arena and an easy short drive to the Mount. John was quick to respond, and extremely accommodating.

We had an amazing experience at Tracey’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Sienna's place was very suitable for three of us and she was most obliging & responsive. The location was great with many of Mount Maunganui's facilities within walking distance. The only minor criticism I would have was that the bedrooms were quite small and one of them had no access to any real storage in it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beachfront, close to restaurants and shops and a great place to stay. Has everything you need to enjoy your time at the Mount.

Char made it easy to check in early, appreciating how tired our kids were after our flight. Lovely wide hallway, and large living space. No teeny tiny apartment here.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

We were in for a treat staying at Michelle’s beautiful residence! It felt like a sanctuary, with a relaxing space close to local amenities and the beach - it was the perfect place to enjoy Mount Maunganui, away from the crowds and hustle of the main centre. Michelle was very accommodating and flexible with our changing arrangements - thank you so much! Jade, Ash & Te Ahi x

Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quite but not to far from anything. Loved my stay there
