Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

We had a fantastic New Year stay at Highview House. The entire house is beautifully presented and very well cared for - Larissa is a fantastic host. The beach is a short walk down the road and so beautiful and peaceful. Inside the house everything is exactly as the photos describe. The kitchen is well equipped and an extremely social space - great for a celebration! The thoughtful and luxurious touches are everywhere from generous welcome hamper, to fabulous bedding and white company toiletries in every bathroom. Larissa was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and was always helpful and made the whole process easy! We would absolutely stay again - thank you!

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Cute cottage in an ideal quiet location - not just near to the shops and cafes in Holt but also everywhere else like Sheringham, Weybourne etc. Host was really helpful with a long paragraph of local recommendations for bars, beaches etc. House seemed clean :) cosy. And Netflix on the TV 🫶 Only thing is, if you’re a bit spooked out by portraits maybe pass this one because they’re in the hallway before the bedrooms - we’re both scaredy cats and had to keep the light on 😂😭

House was in a lovely quiet position and easy to walk to town and the beach, spotlessly clean and comfortable, good wifi, nicely furnished and plenty of room, great wraparound garden for the dog, we would highly recommend Jennifer’s place,

A beautiful Chalet in a beautiful location.

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

A really great experience all round, the house had a great feel to it. Everything you needed literally was thought of. As a first time user of airb&b I was unsure what I could ask or needed to do,but Andy & Fi was really active from the start in making us as a family feel comfortable about our booking & was so informative about everything from our stay to surrounding actives & places to visit,a real gem of a place.

We had an amazing stay. Lovely place, great communication and VERY comfortable beds! The Spa and pool were clean and the staff were fantastic. Would stay again. Thanks very much!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend stay & only wish it was longer - Linda’s home is a MUST & we can’t recommend it highly enough. Clean, spacious, with everything you could need - a real home from home. Perfect location & we were on the beautiful beach in no time. The site had everything you could need too - the Codfather chippy a real winner! Onsite shop was well stocked, all staff friendly & the pool was a hit with the kids. Linda was a superb host, helpful & friendly from the first minute. Incredibly responsive, meaning the whole process was smooth & efficient. Offered some great advice too. Check-in was an absolute breeze & we will definitely be considering a return: Book with confidence & you will enjoy your stay 100%! So many nice touches it was such a comfortable stay, looks exactly like the pictures & the beds were super comfy. Bathroom was really clean & the home was very well stocked throughout, with some lovely surprises! Thanks Linda, great home & a super break away!

Thank you to Sofia hosting her place and being a great host. I decided to take our 2 young children and dog on a trip to Norfolk and they loved it. The chalet was just what we needed and as described. We wanted a place close to the beach for dog walks and for days out. The chalet is on a peaceful site which has well kept gardens. We managed to try out the Ship Inn a couple of times, food was good and also atmosphere. We didn't manage to test the village cafe unfortunately. Thank you again and hopefully we will be back.

Had such a lovely stay! Really clean and well decorated property, we travelled down from north to see family, so it was just a bit of a pit stop and we can’t say much about the area as we stayed in. Really useful book of places to go / takeaways/ shops. Good selection of amenities and thankyou for the milk and Prosecco left for us! Lovely hosts, very quick and friendly when helping with anything. Would definitely recommend, thankyou! :)

We had a lovely stay. Really quiet environment and enclosed courtyard for our dogs. This was a good place for us to explore the Broads and some of the beaches nearby. Had dog bows, towels and treats for the dogs which was a lovely touch. Place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very peaceful and relaxing stay and all the amenities just a few minutes drive away, in a good location to visit many interesting places along the Norfolk coast. Mario the host made us feel very welcome with milk in the fridge and a nice sponge cake on our arrival. The garden is very nice with an enclosed seating area and a large grass area behond with mature trees and shrubs, will definitely return in the future

Wonderful house located in a lovely quiet village. Very quiet nights and peaceful days. Lots of things to do around the house: walking paths through forests, lakes, nice little villages with local pubs with amazing food... I can go on and on, it is really a lovely place to stay.

What a wonderful little place. We had a great new years getaway at Lesley’s place. Great spot right on the beach and the hot tub was fab. Just what we were after and would love to stay again some day. Thanks Lesley for being a great host. Adam & family.

I had a restful few days in Winterton, and felt at home in the chalet. The location is peaceful, with simple places to eat within walking distance. Great for runs along the beach and walks over the dunes. The chalet is as described, and looking at pictures of others on the site, far nicer inside. I came home and immediately booked my next stay.

This was the perfect home from home for 3 generations holidaying together - no stairs for grandparents to fall down and plenty of space inside and out for young people to escape. The house is in a lovely quiet location (excellent for star-gazing!) and has a huge garden plus plenty of parking and a real sense of privacy. It came well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including good sharp knives, kitchen scissors, plenty of pans and baking/roasting trays, tin foil, various spices, etc. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies. Maria thoughtfully provided many different kinds of tea, pods for the coffee machine and even some snacks to get us started! The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Maria is an excellent host who was always quick to respond and help with everything we needed. And the dog, Tiki, is an absolute delight!
